On s\u2019attend \u00e0 ce que, m\u00eame apr\u00e8s le coronavirus, de nombreuses entreprises fassent perdurer le travail hybride \u2013 c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire que les employ\u00e9s travaillent certains jours de la semaine au bureau et d\u2019autres \u00e0 la maison ou ailleurs. Alors que cette m\u00e9thode de travail devient la norme, les employ\u00e9s vont continuer \u00e0 s\u2019appuyer sur les outils collaboratifs en ligne pour rester en contact avec leurs coll\u00e8gues. Les r\u00e9unions hybrides deviendront beaucoup plus courantes, permettant de participer \u00e0 la m\u00eame r\u00e9union depuis le domicile et le bureau. Une \u00e9tude de Sharp montre que les d\u00e9fis technologiques vont d\u00e9cider du succ\u00e8s du travail hybride.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de plus de 6 000 employ\u00e9s de bureau dans des PME europ\u00e9ennes a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que les employ\u00e9s ne ma\u00eetrisent pas la vid\u00e9oconf\u00e9rence et la technologie sous-jacente. Les t\u00e9l\u00e9travailleurs peuvent d\u00e8s lors se sentir exclus des r\u00e9unions, par exemple.<\/p>\n<p>Ce nouveau rapport de Sharp explore l\u2019impact de la pand\u00e9mie sur les attentes futures des employ\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9unions et sur ce qu\u2019il faut faire pour assurer la r\u00e9ussite des r\u00e9unions hybrides. Voici quelques r\u00e9sultats remarquables de cette \u00e9tude:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La moiti\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s de bureau (49 %) pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent les r\u00e9unions en face \u00e0 face.<\/li>\n<li>Un peu moins de la moiti\u00e9 (47 %) des sond\u00e9s trouvent d\u00e9routant de devoir utiliser diff\u00e9rents outils pour les r\u00e9unions vid\u00e9o.<\/li>\n<li>Plus de la moiti\u00e9 (53 %) des sond\u00e9s ont \u00e9galement du mal \u00e0 rester concentr\u00e9s pendant les r\u00e9unions \u00e0 distance.<\/li>\n<li>Alors que de plus en plus d\u2019entreprises comptent \u00e0 la fois des employ\u00e9s au bureau et de coll\u00e8gues \u00e0 distance, pr\u00e8s de trois salari\u00e9s sur dix (28 %) d\u00e9clarent que certaines personnes se sentent exclues et ne font pas partie de l\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/li>\n<li>22 % craignent que la communication ne devienne plus difficile, car de plus en plus d\u2019entreprises ont des travailleurs au bureau et \u00e0 distance.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e8s d\u2019un employ\u00e9 de bureau sur cinq (17 %) pense qu\u2019il sera plus difficile de trouver de nouvelles id\u00e9es et de faire du brainstorming.<\/li>\n<li>16 % des employ\u00e9s de bureau craignent qu\u2019il ne soit plus compliqu\u00e9 d\u2019organiser des r\u00e9unions fructueuses et utiles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Pas de formation<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Compte tenu de la forte d\u00e9pendance \u00e0 la technologie des r\u00e9unions \u00e0 distance, il est surprenant de constater que moins de la moiti\u00e9 (47 %) des employ\u00e9s de bureau d\u00e9clarent avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9s \u00e0 son utilisation.<\/p>\n<p>Le Dr Nigel Oseland, un psychologue du travail qui collabore avec Sharp, explique : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Les gens s\u2019habituent au travail hybride, mais les r\u00e9unions hybrides sont plus difficiles \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser \u00e0 plusieurs points de vue. Les conclusions de Sharp confirment l\u2019importance d\u2019avoir des r\u00e9unions interactives pour stimuler la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. Surtout pour les t\u00e9l\u00e9travailleurs, car il est beaucoup plus difficile de trouver de nouvelles id\u00e9es en ligne. C\u2019est l\u2019interaction entre les participants \u00e0 distance et l\u2019exp\u00e9rience en face-\u00e0-face qui favorise l\u2019engagement \u2013 et la technologie est essentielle pour y parvenir.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Suite \u00e0 ces r\u00e9sultats, Sharp a lanc\u00e9 un nouveau rapport sur l\u2019application r\u00e9ussie des r\u00e9unions hybrides dans les PME, \u00e9labor\u00e9 en collaboration avec le Dr Nigel Oseland. Le rapport r\u00e9v\u00e8le ce que les employ\u00e9s pensent des r\u00e9unions hybrides, donne des conseils d\u2019experts sur les \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 prendre en compte pour des r\u00e9unions r\u00e9ussies, et offre des conseils sur le choix des solutions de r\u00e9union pour soutenir les nouvelles m\u00e9thodes de travail.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Plus d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s pour les jeunes<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 les inqui\u00e9tudes r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9es par l\u2019\u00e9tude, de nombreux employ\u00e9s de moins de 30 ans trouvent que les r\u00e9unions \u00e0 distance offrent davantage de possibilit\u00e9s. La moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux (50 %) d\u00e9clarent s\u2019exprimer plus facilement lors de r\u00e9unions en ligne qu\u2019en face \u00e0 face, et pr\u00e8s de trois sur cinq (59 %) pensent que davantage de personnes sont en mesure de contribuer activement lors d\u2019une r\u00e9union \u00e0 distance.<\/p>\n<p>Wilbert Hendriks, Manager Marketing &amp; Strategy Benelux chez Sharp, d\u00e9clare : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Chez Sharp, notre mission est de mettre fin aux mauvaises r\u00e9unions.
