Les petites et moyennes entreprises sont donc aussi optimistes qu\u2019il y a six mois, lorsque la campagne de vaccination semblait avoir mis \u00e0 terme \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mie. Cependant, la p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre devient de plus en plus aigu\u00eb pour les entreprises : 83 % craignent de ne pas trouver de personnes appropri\u00e9es. Une sur cinq craint m\u00eame de voir son personnel rejoindre la concurrence. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Selon le barom\u00e8tre semestriel de l\u2019emploi des PME r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par l\u2019entreprise de services RH Acerta en collaboration avec les organisations patronales ETION et VKW Limburg, la moiti\u00e9 des PME ambitionne de recruter.La hausse des courbes du coronavirus met de nouveau sous pression une grande partie de l\u2019\u00e9conomie belge. Cependant, malgr\u00e9 le r\u00e9cent retour du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail obligatoire et l\u2019annonce de mesures plus strictes de lutte contre le coronavirus sur le lieu de travail, les PME belges restent optimistes : 45 % ont l\u2019intention d\u2019engager du personnel suppl\u00e9mentaire au cours des six prochains mois. 17 % restent ind\u00e9cises et 38 % peuvent d\u00e9j\u00e0 affirmer qu\u2019elles n\u2019accueilleront pas de recrues suppl\u00e9mentaires durant le prochain semestre. 80 % des recrutements pr\u00e9vus concernent des contrats \u00e0 dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Geert Janssens, \u00e9conomiste en chef chez ETION : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les chiffres nous indiquent que les perspectives \u00e9conomiques sont aussi positives qu\u2019il y a six mois, lorsque la campagne de vaccination battait son plein et que tout le monde pensait que nous serions d\u00e9barrass\u00e9s du virus assez rapidement. \u00c0 la remarque pr\u00e8s que, par rapport \u00e0 il y a six mois, le nombre de PME souhaitant proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des engagements est rest\u00e9 au m\u00eame niveau. Ce n\u2019est toutefois pas une surprise compte tenu de la situation actuelle de la pand\u00e9mie.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>La p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre comme \u00e9p\u00e9e de Damocl\u00e8s<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En d\u00e9pit des intentions de recrutement positives, le spectre de la p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre continue de planer sur nos PME. 83 % d\u2019entre elles s\u2019attendent \u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit difficile, voire tr\u00e8s difficile, de trouver du personnel ad\u00e9quat dans les mois \u00e0 venir. Il y a six mois, seules 65 % d\u2019entre elles partaient du principe que le processus de recrutement serait ardu. Les PME craignent en outre les sorties de service. 21 % constatent une mobilit\u00e9 plus intensive, contre 14 % il y a six mois.<\/p>\n<p>Michael Zahlen, expert en RH chez Acerta Consult explique : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Il n\u2019existe pas de panac\u00e9e \u00e0 la probl\u00e9matique de la p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre. Les PME disposent n\u00e9anmoins d\u2019atouts pour y faire face. Une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration sur mesure et une forme de travail hybride permettant le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail font figure d\u2019\u00e9vidences. Le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail reste encore un d\u00e9fi pour de nombreuses petites et moyennes entreprises. Elles consid\u00e8rent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement cette option comme une charge administrative et une perte de contr\u00f4le sur les prestations professionnelles. Enfin, les PME oublient aussi souvent de se pencher sur les talents d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sents en interne pour pourvoir les (nouveaux) postes, par exemple par le biais de trajets de formation. En tant qu\u2019employeur, il est plus important que jamais de se d\u00e9marquer pour continuer \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper sur un march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi en p\u00e9nurie.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Crainte de voir son personnel rejoindre la concurrence<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour les employeurs de se distinguer en tant qu\u2019employeur attrayant ressort \u00e9galement des pr\u00e9visions en mati\u00e8re de sorties de service des travailleurs. Avoir du personnel ne suffit pas, il faut aussi pouvoir le garder. Un employeur sur cinq (21 %) craint de ne pas y parvenir et de voir ses travailleurs passer \u00e0 la concurrence dans les six mois.
