Les Diversity &amp; Inclusion Awards ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cern\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;occasion de cette journ\u00e9e, r\u00e9compensant les meilleurs projets visant \u00e0 promouvoir la diversit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion au sein de l\u2019administration f\u00e9d\u00e9rale. La SNCB, l\u2019ONEM, le SPF BOSA et le SPF Finances sont repartis avec un prix.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pendant cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement, qui, en raison du contexte sanitaire, a pris la forme d\u2019un webinaire, plusieurs intervenant\u00b7e\u00b7s issu\u00b7e\u00b7s du monde acad\u00e9mique ou de l\u2019administration, ainsi que des praticien\u00b7ne\u00b7s du terrain sont venu\u00b7e\u00b7s partager leurs expertises avec quelque 130 participant\u00b7e\u00b7s. Ils ont tent\u00e9 de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette question centrale:\u202f\u201cL\u2019inclusion, une \u00e9volution ou une r\u00e9volution dans l\u2019approche de la diversit\u00e9 ?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>En d\u00e9cernant les Diversity &amp; Inclusion Awards, le r\u00e9seau f\u00e9d\u00e9ral Diversit\u00e9, moteur de l\u2019initiative, souhaite mettre en avant les projets de diversit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;inclusion r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par des organisations de l\u2019administration publique f\u00e9d\u00e9rale ou des entreprises publiques, et ainsi mettre \u00e0 l\u2019honneur toutes les personnes impliqu\u00e9es. Le fait que les prix aient \u00e9t\u00e9 remis aujourd&rsquo;hui n&rsquo;est pas une co\u00efncidence : il s&rsquo;agit en effet de la journ\u00e9e f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de la Diversit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, ce sont pas moins de 18 projets qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 introduits \u00e0 l\u2019occasion des Diversity &amp; Inclusion Awards, un record\u202f! Voici les organisations nomin\u00e9es\u202f: l\u2019AFSCA, bpost, le SPF Economie, Felink, le SPF Int\u00e9rieur, l\u2019ONEM, la R\u00e9gie des B\u00e2timents, la SNCB, le SPF Finances et le SPF Strat\u00e9gie et Appui (BOSA).<br \/>\nPlus qu\u2019un prix<\/p>\n<p>Les Diversity &amp; Inclusion Awards sont plus que de simples prix. Le r\u00e9seau f\u00e9d\u00e9ral Diversit\u00e9 profite \u00e9galement de ces prix pour sensibiliser les membres du personnel \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 et \u00e0 l\u2019inclusion, stimuler la r\u00e9alisation de nouveaux projets et promouvoir la politique f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de diversit\u00e9 et d\u2019inclusion au sein des organisations.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Des \u00e9tudes internationales n\u2019ont de cesse de confirmer que l\u2019inclusion sur le lieu de travail augmente la confiance, le bonheur, les liens et m\u00eame l\u2019engagement et la productivit\u00e9 des collaborateurs. Rendre le lieu de travail plus inclusif est notre mission\u202f: en tant qu&rsquo;organisation, nous devons tirer le meilleur parti des diff\u00e9rences entre les collaborateurs\u202f! En tant qu\u2019administration f\u00e9d\u00e9rale, nous sommes convaincus que chacune et chacun peut apporter une valeur ajout\u00e9e. Ensemble, construisons un environnement de travail o\u00f9 tout le monde se sent le bienvenu\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> d\u00e9clare Ben Smeets,directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral DG Recrutement et D\u00e9veloppement (SPF BOSA).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Et les gagnants sont\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les votes pour les awards ont eu lieu au sein du r\u00e9seau f\u00e9d\u00e9ral Diversit\u00e9, dans lequel toutes les organisations f\u00e9d\u00e9rales sont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es, et d\u2019un groupe de coordination. Les 130 participants au webinaire de la 9e journ\u00e9e f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de la Diversit\u00e9 ont \u00e9galement pu voter pour leur projet pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9, et ainsi d\u00e9cider de l\u2019attribution du prix du public.<\/p>\n<p>Le vote a permis de d\u00e9signer les quatre laur\u00e9ats suivants:<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Diversity &amp; Inclusion Award 2021: SPF BOSA<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le SPF BOSA remporte ce prix pour le projet \u2018Digital Inclusion by design\u2019, avec la mise en place d&rsquo;un centre d&rsquo;expertise visant le \u00ab\u00a0Design Inclusif\u00a0\u00bb en vue d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019inclusion num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Originality Award: SNCB<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La SNCB remporte ce prix pour la campagne diversit\u00e9 \u00ab\u202fC\u2019est quoi mon truc\u202f?\u202f\u00bb, par laquelle elle se profile en tant qu\u2019employeur soucieux de la diversit\u00e9 et de l&rsquo;inclusion. La campagne montre de mani\u00e8re authentique et positive la diversit\u00e9 des personnes et des emplois \u00e0 la SNCB.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Best practice Award\u202f:\u202f ONEM<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ONEM remporte ce prix pour le projet &lsquo;4 steps to stop domestic violence&rsquo;, avec lequel ils luttent contre la violence domestique, qui a \u00e9galement un impact sur l\u2019\u00e9volution de la carri\u00e8re. L\u2019ONEM a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des modules d\u2019information, de formation et de sensibilisation pour tous ceux qui s&rsquo;engagent \u00e0 lutter contre la violence entre partenaires, et une campagne de pr\u00e9vention a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e en interne.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Prix sp\u00e9cial du public\u202f: SPF Finances<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le SPF Finances remporte ce prix pour le projet \u2018Diriger inclusif : prendre conscience de ses biais inconscients\u2019.
