Nous devons \u00e9galement motiver davantage de personnes qui ne sont pas actives aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 reprendre le travail.<\/p>\n<p>Selon les employeurs, ces mesures sont n\u00e9cessaires sachant que le nombre de jours de maladie et de quarantaine est \u00e0 son plus haut niveau depuis le d\u00e9but de la crise du coronavirus. La semaine de fermeture des \u00e9coles pr\u00e9vue va encore intensifier cet effet. De nombreux employeurs risquent d\u00e8s lors de devoir r\u00e9duire fortement, voire interrompre leurs activit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ne pas mettre en p\u00e9ril l\u2019\u00e9conomie et les \u00e9tablissements de soins et de bien-\u00eatre, les employeurs demandent aux ministres Dermagne, Vandenbroucke et Lalieux de soutenir les entreprises afin de faire face \u00e0 la forte augmentation des p\u00e9nuries de personnel, qui accro\u00eet \u00e9galement la pression sur les coll\u00e8gues restants, et d\u2019en supporter les cons\u00e9quences financi\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>Les organisations d\u2019employeurs insistent pour que les mesures suivantes au moins soient introduites dans les meilleurs d\u00e9lais :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Neutraliser les heures de travail des \u00e9tudiants pour le quota total de 475 heures pour 2021 et 2022 ;<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9largir les possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019exercer un flexijob ;<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9duire substantiellement les cotisations ONSS pour les entreprises confront\u00e9es \u00e0 un nombre plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 d\u2019absences pour cause de maladie au cours du quatri\u00e8me trimestre de 2021 ou des deux premiers trimestres de 2022 qu\u2019aux m\u00eames trimestres en 2019 ou 2020, afin de compenser l\u2019augmentation du co\u00fbt du salaire garanti ;<\/li>\n<li>Permettre \u00e0 tous les pensionn\u00e9s d\u2019avoir des revenus compl\u00e9mentaires non plafonn\u00e9s ;<\/li>\n<li>Augmenter temporairement \u00e0 35% l\u2019actuel maintien de 20% de l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 pour les personnes qui sont en incapacit\u00e9 de travail et qui reprennent partiellement le travail, encourageant ainsi \u00e9galement l\u2019emploi chez un autre employeur ;<\/li>\n<li>Permettre aux ch\u00f4meurs temporaires d\u2019occuper temporairement un autre emploi ou un flexijob chez un autre employeur tout en conservant 25% de leurs allocations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Compte tenu de l\u2019impr\u00e9visibilit\u00e9 de la circulation du virus et de l\u2019apparition de nouveaux variants, elles demandent que ces mesures soient mises en \u0153uvre au moins jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin du deuxi\u00e8me trimestre 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Les organisations d\u2019employeurs interprofessionnelles s\u2019engagent par ailleurs \u00e0 continuer \u00e0 promouvoir le respect des mesures sanitaires en vigueur au sein des entreprises pour, conjointement, limiter autant que possible l\u2019impact du coronavirus sur notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source : FEB &#8211; Unisson, Boerenbond, Unizo, UCM<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les organisations d\u2019employeurs interprofessionnelles, m\u00eame s&rsquo;ils se d\u00e9clarent satisfaites de la n\u00e9cessaire prolongation d\u2019un certain nombre de mesures de soutien pour faire face \u00e0 la 4e vague de coronavirus, plaident en faveur de mesures suppl\u00e9mentaires urgentes pour faire face aux [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[65,10],"tags":[2998,3546,970,3018],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.0 -
