Les d\u00e9cisions r\u00e9centes du CODECO laissent penser que les d\u00e9cideurs de l\u2019ex\u00e9cutif ne suivent d\u00e9cid\u00e9ment pas l\u2019avis des comit\u00e9s scientifiques au sein desquels, forc\u00e9ment, la r\u00e9volte gronde. Quel rapport avec l\u2019exercice d\u00e9licat du People Management, me direz-vous? Explications.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La question commune est la suivante : que doit-on faire lorsqu\u2019on ne vous \u00e9coute pas? Le parall\u00e8le \u00e0 \u00e9tablir entre les \u00e9minences grises Sant\u00e9 et les RH nous semble troublant.<\/p>\n<p>Bien qu\u2019ayant menac\u00e9 plusieurs fois de claquer la porte, les experts sont toujours l\u00e0, \u00e0 disposition du politique et des m\u00e9dia qui les pressent de nous donner des avis d\u00e9finitifs. Les infectiologues sont expos\u00e9s \u00e0 une tension extr\u00eame en \u00e9tant confront\u00e9s, d\u2019une part, \u00e0 une population attentive ou r\u00e9volt\u00e9e car \u00e0 l\u2019aff\u00fbt de signes d\u2019espoir et d\u2019am\u00e9lioration et d\u2019autre part, \u00e0 une \u2018hi\u00e9rarchie\u2019 qui prend leurs avis sans suivre pour autant les recommandations qui les accompagnent.<\/p>\n<p>Au quotidien, les responsables RH et autres experts du domaine font face &#8211; bien avant la pand\u00e9mie d\u00e9j\u00e0 ! &#8211; au m\u00eame type de contradictions.<\/p>\n<p>Leur parole est attendue, que l\u2019on soit d\u2019accord ou pas d\u2019ailleurs. Mais leur avis peine \u00e0 prendre un caract\u00e8re prioritaire au moment de prendre les d\u00e9cisions en comit\u00e9 de direction.<br \/>\nQuoi que nous en disions, il reste \u2018rare\u2019 que le facteur humain soit pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rant dans la majorit\u00e9 des choix strat\u00e9giques de nos entreprises (et \u00e7a fait mal de le reconna\u00eetre). Reste donc \u00e0 se poser, en toute s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9, la question suivante: comment agir lorsque votre avis (pertinent et diff\u00e9rent) n\u2019est pas pris en compte?<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Trois options possibles \u00e0 premi\u00e8re vue.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re, la plus simple et imm\u00e9diate: partir. Non, ce n\u2019est ni de la l\u00e2chet\u00e9, ni de l\u2019abandon. Il doit bien y avoir quelque part des cieux plus favorables o\u00f9 nous serons entendus et o\u00f9 notre contribution sera appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e. Allons donc voir ailleurs puisqu\u2019ici et maintenant, ce que nous constatons et ce que nous conseillons n\u2019est pas pris en compte. Le signal est fort. Souvent consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un coup d\u2019\u00e9clat dans l\u2019instant, pour \u00eatre d\u00e9cortiqu\u00e9 au fil des jours et interpr\u00e9t\u00e9 comme une d\u00e9sertion et un faible niveau de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019adversit\u00e9. R\u00e9sultat mitig\u00e9 donc.<\/p>\n<p>La deuxi\u00e8me, plus \u00e9prouvante sans doute: se taire et regarder les femmes et les hommes tomber. Il s\u2019agit de la posture la plus fr\u00e9quente et \u00e0 nos yeux, la moins souhaitable. C\u2019est la cruaut\u00e9 de notre monde aujourd\u2019hui qui laisse de plus en plus de nos semblables au bord de la route malgr\u00e9 les initiatives nombreuses et admirables qui permettent \u00e0 la solidarit\u00e9 de garder un sens. La pand\u00e9mie multiplie les victimes. Le \u2019Nouveau Nouveau Monde du Travail\u2019 isole les travailleurs et construit doucement une vague de burnout qui sera la plus grande que nous aurons jamais connu. Pr\u00e9parons-nous \u00e0 constater les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts.<\/p>\n<p>La troisi\u00e8me, chevaleresque et inutile peut-\u00eatre: lutter. M\u00eame si cela s\u2019apparente \u00e0 la logique du pot de terre contre le pot de fer, avec une probabilit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9chec importante au final, nous pensons clairement que notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et nos entreprises ont besoin de cette forme de combat. Il en restera quelque chose. Il faudra du temps et beaucoup d\u2019\u00e9nergie pour infl\u00e9chir les positions et am\u00e9liorer la prise en compte des dimensions sociales &#8211; individuelle et collective &#8211; face aux difficult\u00e9s que nous traversons. Mais quoi qu\u2019on en dise, cela vaut la peine de continuer \u00e0 argumenter pour prot\u00e9ger les talents, participer \u00e0 un meilleur \u00e9quilibre face aux in\u00e9galit\u00e9s, adoucir des oppositions parfois f\u00e9roces entre des gens affichant des convictions \u00e0 priori incompatibles&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>A vous de choisir. Patience et indulgence seront bien n\u00e9cessaires pour continuer \u00e0 faire face\u2026<br \/>\nEn ce qui nous concerne &#8211; et m\u00eame si nous savons qu\u2019il ne faut pas prendre tous les combats et au contraire, bien choisir ses batailles &#8211; nous restons persuad\u00e9s que l\u2019expertise concernant le facteur humain et le capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 regarder au-del\u00e0 des \u00e9ch\u00e9ances imm\u00e9diates doivent chaque jour se frayer un passage pour influencer les cercles o\u00f9 se prennent les d\u00e9cisions. Nous continuerons \u00e0 y oeuvrer.
