Simultan\u00e9ment, l\u2019entreprise d\u00e9montre son engagement envers une repr\u00e9sentation plus \u00e9gale des genres dans les secteurs techniques. \u00c0 l\u2019heure actuelle, pr\u00e8s de 20 % des nouvelles recrues sont des femmes. L\u2019entreprise entend accro\u00eetre ce chiffre de mani\u00e8re significative sous l\u2019appellation \u00ab Women in Technology \u00bb donn\u00e9e \u00e0 300 postes vacants.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>VINCI Energies en Belgique est une entreprise active dans l\u2019automatisation industrielle, les infrastructures \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques, de transport et de communication, les techniques de construction, la protection incendie et les services int\u00e9gr\u00e9s, par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire des marques Actemium, Axians, Cegelec, IZEN, Omexom et VINCI Facilities, ainsi que d\u2019autres marques locales. Malgr\u00e9 la crise sanitaire, VINCI Energies en Belgique a pu \u00e0 nouveau engager des centaines de nouveaux collaborateurs, en majorit\u00e9 des techniciens, gestionnaires de projets, ing\u00e9nieurs de projets et d\u00e9veloppeurs de logiciels. Avec ses 300 nouveaux talents, aussi bien de jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s que des personnes exp\u00e9riment\u00e9es, VINCI Energies en Belgique compte aujourd\u2019hui environ 2 850 employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les nouveaux collaborateurs, dont la moiti\u00e9 est francophone et l\u2019autre moiti\u00e9 n\u00e9erlandophone, travaillent dans l\u2019une des vingt filiales des diff\u00e9rentes marques de VINCI Energies sur tout le territoire belge. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Le d\u00e9ploiement de personnes dans leur propre r\u00e9gion est une strat\u00e9gie d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, nous explique Marc Lemaire, Managing Director de VINCI Energies Belgique. \u00ab\u00a0<em>En \u00e9tant si pr\u00e8s de chez eux, nos collaborateurs travaillent dans une r\u00e9gion qui leur est famili\u00e8re, tant sur le plan priv\u00e9 que professionnel. Bien que nous soyons un grand groupe, cela nous permet de renforcer notre accessibilit\u00e9 et notre ancrage r\u00e9gional.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Women in Technology<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Environ 20 % des nouvelles recrues sont des femmes. Par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire du projet \u00ab\u00a0Women in Technology\u00a0\u00bb, plusieurs initiatives, en cours ou pr\u00e9vues, visent \u00e0 augmenter ce taux. Parmi celles-ci, on peut mentionner la suivante : chaque mois, VINCI Energies Belgique met une collaboratrice \u00e0 l\u2019honneur sur le portail d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux emplois du groupe. Qui plus est, l\u2019entreprise a \u00e9t\u00e9 f\u00e9licit\u00e9e par la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration sectorielle Agoria pour sa bonne politique de diversit\u00e9 et a conclu un partenariat avec X Kwadraat, qui \u0153uvre en faveur d\u2019une repr\u00e9sentation plus \u00e9gale des genres sur le lieu de travail. Le Managing Director de VINCI Energies Belgique, Marc Lemaire, a \u00e9galement re\u00e7u il y a peu le &lsquo;Bold Champion Award&rsquo; de Veuve Clicquot. Un prix d\u00e9cern\u00e9 \u00e0 une personne dont les actions concr\u00e8tes contribuent \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la repr\u00e9sentation des femmes dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et de l\u2019attention dont elles jouissent.<\/p>\n<p>Marc Lemaire : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Cette ann\u00e9e, gr\u00e2ce aux nouvelles recrues, nous consolidons les ambitions de croissance du groupe, ce dont nous sommes tr\u00e8s satisfaits, naturellement. Toutefois, nous gardons toujours un \u0153il sur nos ambitions visant \u00e0 renforcer la pr\u00e9sence des femmes dans les secteurs et m\u00e9tiers techniques.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Transfert de connaissances et de la culture d\u2019entreprise<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>VINCI Energies Belgique a imagin\u00e9 diverses initiatives et solutions afin de faciliter l\u2019int\u00e9gration des nouveaux collaborateurs. Bien que le Welcome@VINCI Energies Day n\u2019ait pu avoir lieu de mani\u00e8re physique cette ann\u00e9e, les nouveaux collaborateurs ont pu faire la connaissance, de mani\u00e8re num\u00e9rique, des nouvelles recrues des autres d\u00e9partements, ainsi qu\u2019avec le top management. En outre, ils ont \u00e9galement eu acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une application d\u2019int\u00e9gration qui leur a permis de d\u00e9couvrir l\u2019entreprise pas \u00e0 pas. Avant leur v\u00e9ritable premier jour de travail, ils ont ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 coach\u00e9s par des coll\u00e8gues plus exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s, ce qui contribue au transfert de connaissances et de la culture d\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>De nouvelles ambitions de croissance<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 ces nombreuses recrues, quelque trois cents postes sont encore vacants chez VINCI Energies en Belgique.
