Une nouvelle \u00e9tude men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de plus de 2000 employ\u00e9\u00b7es et managers belges montre maintenant que les relations entre les deux parties ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises sous pression au cours de cette p\u00e9riode.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Alors qu&rsquo;il semble y avoir un d\u00e9calage \u00e9vident entre les managers et leurs subordonn\u00e9\u00b7es direct\u00b7es sur de nombreux sujets, 4 employ\u00e9\u00b7es sur 10 ont admis que leur relation professionnelle avec leur manager s&rsquo;est d\u00e9grad\u00e9e pendant la crise du COVID. Avec cette \u00e9tude, StepStone vise \u00e0 apporter un \u00e9clairage nouveau aux deux groupes afin de cerner les aspects cruciaux de leur relation et l&rsquo;impact du COVID sur celle-ci.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>L\u2019impact (n\u00e9gatif) du COVID sur les relations professionnelles<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour une grande partie des employ\u00e9\u00b7es interrog\u00e9\u00b7es (42%), la crise sanitaire a eu un impact n\u00e9gatif (s\u00e9v\u00e8re) sur leurs relations avec leurs managers. Pourtant, ce n&rsquo;est pas le cas pour tout le monde, puisque 48% ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que leurs relations ne se sont ni d\u00e9t\u00e9rior\u00e9es ni am\u00e9lior\u00e9es, mais sont simplement rest\u00e9es les m\u00eames.<\/p>\n<p>Il est int\u00e9ressant de noter que le reste des employ\u00e9\u00b7es (1 sur 10) ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que leur relation a \u00e9volu\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re positive depuis la crise du COVID.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les raisons de l\u2019am\u00e9lioration ou du d\u00e9clin des relations selon les employ\u00e9\u00b7es<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lorsque nous leur avons demand\u00e9 quelles \u00e9taient les principales raisons de ces \u00e9volutions, les employ\u00e9\u00b7es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 clair\u00b7es :<br \/>\nEn ce qui concerne les relations impact\u00e9es n\u00e9gativement, les employ\u00e9\u00b7es ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que le manque de soutien de la part de leur manager pendant la crise (selon 58%) ; le manque de r\u00e9compenses (52%), et le stress accru d\u00fb \u00e0 leur manager depuis la crise du COVID (46%) \u00e9taient des facteurs cl\u00e9s. Les autres raisons mentionn\u00e9es sont le manque d&rsquo;interaction avec l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de direction (37%) et les difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 se sentir engag\u00e9\u00b7e au travail (27%).<\/p>\n<p>Fait int\u00e9ressant, pr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un\u00b7e employ\u00e9\u00b7e sur cinq (17%) dont la relation a \u00e9t\u00e9 affect\u00e9e n\u00e9gativement a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que cela r\u00e9sultait de l&rsquo;obligation de revenir au bureau, tandis que 7% ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que leur relation avait souffert d\u2019ennui et de solitude en travaillant \u00e0 distance.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque nous les avons interrog\u00e9\u00b7es sur les principales raisons de l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de leurs relations, les employ\u00e9\u00b7es ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&rsquo;ils\/elles se sentaient plus productif\u00b7ves dans leur travail pendant la crise du COVID (44%) et qu&rsquo;ils\/elles avaient plus d&rsquo;interactions avec leur manager (33%). Il est donc logique que 30% d&rsquo;entre eux\/elles consid\u00e8rent que leurs relations se sont am\u00e9lior\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce au soutien accru de leur manager. Autre r\u00e9sultat int\u00e9ressant : 15% de ces employ\u00e9\u00b7es ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration provenait du fait qu&rsquo;il y avait plus d&rsquo;espace entre eux\/elles et leur manager.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Une discordance entre employ\u00e9\u00b7e et employeur<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pour examiner les deux parties prenantes, StepStone a \u00e9galement interrog\u00e9 244 managers belges. La moiti\u00e9 d&rsquo;entre eux (50 %) ont indiqu\u00e9 qu&rsquo;ils\/elles ne ressentaient aucun changement dans leurs relations depuis le d\u00e9but de la crise sanitaire, tout comme 48 % des employ\u00e9\u00b7es interrog\u00e9\u00b7es. Cependant, il semble qu&rsquo;il y ait un d\u00e9calage lorsqu&rsquo;on examine les relations ayant connu une \u00e9volution positive ou n\u00e9gative selon les deux parties.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne les relations positivement impact\u00e9es, plus d&rsquo;un\u00b7e manager sur quatre (28%) estime que ses relations avec ses subordonn\u00e9\u00b7es direct\u00b7es se sont am\u00e9lior\u00e9es pendant la crise du COVID. En comparaison, seulement 10% des employ\u00e9\u00b7es interrog\u00e9\u00b7es ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 la m\u00eame chose.<\/p>\n<p>La diff\u00e9rence devient encore plus visible lorsqu&rsquo;on examine les relations n\u00e9gativement impact\u00e9es. \u00ab\u00a0Seulement\u00a0\u00bb 22% des managers ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que leurs relations avec leurs subordonn\u00e9\u00b7es se sont d\u00e9t\u00e9rior\u00e9es depuis COVID &#8211; alors que plus de 4 employ\u00e9\u00b7es sur 10 (42%) ont dit la m\u00eame chose.<\/p>\n<p>Malheureusement, ce ne sont pas les seuls points o\u00f9 les ressentis la relation et l&rsquo;impact du COVID sur celle-ci diff\u00e8rent.<br \/>\nPremi\u00e8rement, en ce qui concerne l&#8217;empressement \u00e0 revenir au bureau, les managers interrog\u00e9\u00b7es ont \u00e9valu\u00e9 leur propre d\u00e9sir de revenir au bureau \u00e0 7 sur 10. Les employ\u00e9\u00b7es, en revanche, \u00e9valuent leur d\u00e9sir de revenir au bureau avec leur manager \u00e0 3,8 sur 10.<\/p>\n<p>Deuxi\u00e8mement, en ce qui concerne l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de la communication avec leur manager pendant le travail \u00e0 domicile, les managers se sont attribu\u00e9\u00b7es une note de 7,2 sur 10. En moyenne, les employ\u00e9\u00b7es interrog\u00e9\u00b7es donneraient \u00e0 leurs managers une note de 4,5 sur 10.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, une conclusion similaire peut \u00eatre tir\u00e9e en examinant les scores concernant la mani\u00e8re dont les managers ont r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 la crise du COVID. Les managers s&rsquo;auto-\u00e9valuent \u00e0 7,1 sur 10, alors que les employ\u00e9\u00b7es interrog\u00e9\u00b7es leur donnent une note moyenne de 4,8 sur 10.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les employ\u00e9\u00b7es sugg\u00e8rent les changements suivants pour am\u00e9liorer les relations \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>StepStone a \u00e9galement demand\u00e9 aux employ\u00e9\u00b7es ce qu&rsquo;un\u00b7e manager peut faire pour \u00e9tablir une relation de travail plus forte.<br \/>\nSelon l&rsquo;ensemble des employ\u00e9\u00b7es interrog\u00e9\u00b7es, une bonne relation de travail consiste en une description de poste claire et bien d\u00e9finie (54%), des conversations fr\u00e9quentes en t\u00eate-\u00e0-t\u00eate avec son\/sa manager (46%) et un feedback sp\u00e9cifique sur ses performances (43%).<br \/>\nUn comportement inacceptable de la part du management serait de manquer de respect aux coll\u00e8gues dans leur dos (46%), de s&rsquo;attribuer le m\u00e9rite du travail d&rsquo;un\u00b7e employ\u00e9\u00b7e (46% \u00e9galement) et de prof\u00e9rer des menaces informelles (37%), selon les employ\u00e9\u00b7es.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source &amp; M\u00e9thodologie : StepStone a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 cette enqu\u00eate en novembre 2021.
