Le taux d\u2019absent\u00e9isme d\u00fb \u00e0 une contamination \u00e0 la COVID-19 ou \u00e0 une quarantaine est en explosion et le pire reste \u00e0 venir&#8230;<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Lors de l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e la premi\u00e8re semaine apr\u00e8s les vacances de No\u00ebl, les taux d\u2019absent\u00e9isme li\u00e9 \u00e0 une infection \u00e0 la COVID-19 ou \u00e0 une quarantaine \u00e9taient encore relativement faibles dans la plupart des secteurs. N\u00e9anmoins, les industries technologique et alimentaire comptaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 un certain nombre d&rsquo;entreprises pr\u00e9sentant un taux d\u2019absent\u00e9isme relativement \u00e9lev\u00e9, ce qui a fait passer la moyenne de leur secteur au-dessus de 5% et m\u00eame \u00e0 7,5% dans l&rsquo;industrie alimentaire. Le taux d\u2019absent\u00e9isme moyen pour toutes les entreprises interrog\u00e9es au cours de la semaine du 12 janvier \u00e9tait de 4,1%. Sur les quelque 85.000 travailleurs de ces entreprises, un peu plus de 3.500 \u00e9taient temporairement absents en raison d&rsquo;une infection \u00e0 la COVID ou d&rsquo;une quarantaine.<\/p>\n<p>La derni\u00e8re enqu\u00eate en date, men\u00e9e le 19 janvier, montre que le taux d&rsquo;absent\u00e9isme d\u00fb \u00e0 une contamination \u00e0 la COVID ou une quarantaine s&rsquo;\u00e9levait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 4,8% au cours de la deuxi\u00e8me semaine suivant les vacances de No\u00ebl. Les secteurs de la construction (2,3%) et de la technologie (6,4%), en particulier, connaissent une nette augmentation. En outre, l&rsquo;industrie alimentaire est toujours l\u2019une des plus touch\u00e9es par ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne, avec 7,2% de son personnel indisponible. La situation est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s difficile dans l&rsquo;industrie du textile, du bois et de l&rsquo;ameublement (qui n&rsquo;a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sa premi\u00e8re enqu\u00eate que la semaine derni\u00e8re). En moyenne, le taux d&rsquo;absent\u00e9isme y est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 10 % et dans certaines entreprises, plus d&rsquo;un quart du personnel manque \u00e0 l\u2019appel.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Impact des absences li\u00e9es \u00e0 la COVID sur les activit\u00e9s de production et les services<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En outre, l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate s&rsquo;int\u00e9ressait \u00e9galement \u00e0 l&rsquo;impact des absences li\u00e9es \u00e0 la COVID sur la production et les services. Il en ressort que, dans la semaine du 12 janvier, deux tiers des entreprises subissaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 un certain impact, alors qu\u2019environ 19 % \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 (tr\u00e8s) fortement impact\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Une semaine plus tard, ces chiffres ont encore augment\u00e9. Pr\u00e8s de 3 entreprises sur 4 disent subir aujourd&rsquo;hui un impact n\u00e9gatif sur leur activit\u00e9. Il convient \u00e9galement de souligner que nous constatons une augmentation du nombre d&rsquo;entreprises pour lesquelles les absences li\u00e9es \u00e0 la COVID ont un impact important ou tr\u00e8s important (27%) sur la production ou l&rsquo;activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous observons tr\u00e8s clairement une pression croissante sur les entreprises en raison des absences du personnel li\u00e9es \u00e0 Omikron. Cela ne concerne donc pas seulement le secteur de l&rsquo;enseignement, mais aussi le secteur priv\u00e9. Le pic n&rsquo;\u00e9tant pas encore en vue, nous devons faire tout ce qui est en notre pouvoir pour limiter l&rsquo;impact sur les entreprises. L&rsquo;accord entre les partenaires sociaux conclu \u00e0 la fin de la semaine derni\u00e8re et permettant de faire appel plus facilement aux \u00e9tudiants, aux (pr\u00e9-)pensionn\u00e9s, aux demandeurs d&rsquo;asile ou aux collaborateurs qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d&rsquo;un cr\u00e9dit-temps ou exercent un emploi de fin de carri\u00e8re, arrive donc \u00e0 point nomm\u00e9.
