Un employ\u00e9 peut choisir les avantages qui r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 ses besoins et \u00e0 ses souhaits. Pourtant, seuls 7% des employ\u00e9s belges indiquent que le plan caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria leur est propos\u00e9 comme une forme de flexibilit\u00e9 par leur employeur actuel.<\/p>\n<p>Augmenter l\u2019utilisation du plan caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria est \u00e9galement un choix int\u00e9ressant du point de vue des employeurs. Sans augmenter les co\u00fbts salariaux, les employ\u00e9s peuvent avoir leur mot \u00e0 dire sur le contenu de leur enveloppe salariale. Le fait de prendre librement des jours de cong\u00e9 (52%), les horaires de travail flexibles (38%) ainsi que le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail (35%) sont les plus courants. L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate montre aussi que la perte de cette flexibilit\u00e9 peut avoir des cons\u00e9quences. Par exemple, pas moins de 18,8% des employ\u00e9s ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&rsquo;ils envisageraient de changer d&#8217;emploi s&rsquo;ils ne pouvaient pas prendre leurs jours de cong\u00e9 librement.
