L&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience professionnelle semble de moins en moins importante aux yeux des employeurs belges, en particulier dans les professions de la vente et de la production. Fin 2021, par million d&rsquo;offres d&#8217;emploi, Indeed a en effet not\u00e9 une augmentation de pr\u00e8s de 40% d&rsquo;offres d\u2019emploi portant la mention explicite \u00ab\u00a0exp\u00e9rience non requise\u00a0\u00bb par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Indeed a analys\u00e9 les offres d&#8217;emploi depuis d\u00e9cembre 2018. Le point de d\u00e9part \u00e9tait simple : combien de fois les employeurs pr\u00e9cisent-ils explicitement qu&rsquo;une exp\u00e9rience dans le domaine n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire ?<\/p>\n<p>En d\u00e9cembre 2019, il y avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 une baisse de 20 %, par rapport \u00e0 2018, de postes vacants par million d&rsquo;offres d&#8217;emploi pour lesquels les employeurs mentionnaient que l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas requise. Cette tendance \u00e0 la baisse s&rsquo;est poursuivie jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la mi-2020, lorsque l&rsquo;impact de la pand\u00e9mie sur le march\u00e9 du travail est devenu de plus en plus \u00e9vident.<\/p>\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 l&rsquo;augmentation du nombre de postes vacants au cours de la p\u00e9riode juin &#8211; novembre 2020, le nombre d&rsquo;offres d&#8217;emploi pour lesquelles l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience n&rsquo;\u00e9tait explicitement pas requise a \u00e9galement augment\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Il semble que l&rsquo;absence d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience soit une indication du pouvoir de n\u00e9gociation des employeurs\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, d\u00e9clare Arjan Vissers, responsable de la strat\u00e9gie chez Indeed. <em>\u00ab\u00a0S&rsquo;il est plut\u00f4t bas, nous constatons un nombre croissant d&#8217;emplois pour lesquels aucune exp\u00e9rience n&rsquo;est n\u00e9cessaire, et vice versa. Au cours de l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 2020, il y avait moins de restrictions li\u00e9es au covid et une forte demande de personnel, ainsi qu\u2019un effet saisonnier : il y a beaucoup de jobs d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9, par exemple pour les \u00e9tudiants, pour lesquels aucune exp\u00e9rience n&rsquo;est requise.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Fin 2021, apr\u00e8s une ann\u00e9e compl\u00e8te avec le covid, mais aussi apr\u00e8s un r\u00e9tablissement progressif du march\u00e9 du travail aux niveaux pr\u00e9pand\u00e9miques, pr\u00e8s de 40 % d&rsquo;offres d&#8217;emploi de plus compar\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente indiquaient clairement que l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas requise.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Dans la vente et la production notamment, l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience semble \u00eatre moins d\u00e9terminante. Peut-\u00eatre parce que la demande d\u00e9passe l&rsquo;offre dans ces secteurs.
