Ces labels sont octroy\u00e9s aux entreprises qui, \u00e0 la suite de la mise en place d\u2019un plan diversit\u00e9, ont fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une \u00e9valuation positive par Actiris. Ce plan consiste en des actions concr\u00e8tes afin de promouvoir la diversit\u00e9 et lutter contre les discriminations au sein des organisations concern\u00e9es. Pour cette ann\u00e9e 2021, un nombre record d&rsquo;entreprises seront f\u00e9licit\u00e9es pour leurs efforts. En effet, 30 d&rsquo;entre elles se verront d\u00e9cerner un label contre 25 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape consiste en un \u00e9tat des lieux. En effet, Actiris proc\u00e8de \u00e0 une analyse de la situation actuelle au sein de l\u2019entreprise en mati\u00e8re de diversit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Suite \u00e0 ce bilan, Actiris met en place un plan d\u2019action avec l\u2019employeur. Ces actions ont pour objectif d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la diversit\u00e9 dans l\u2019entreprise. Elle est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e \u00e0 partir d\u2019un ou plusieurs des groupes b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires de la politique de diversit\u00e9 bruxelloise (origine, \u00e2ge, handicap, scolarit\u00e9 et genre) et des domaines d\u2019intervention (recrutement et s\u00e9lection, gestion du personnel, communication interne et positionnement externe).<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, apr\u00e8s deux ans de la mise en application de ce plan diversit\u00e9, l&rsquo;entreprise est soumise \u00e0 une \u00e9valuation. Lorsque celle-ci est positive, l\u2019entreprise peut alors introduire une demande de label aupr\u00e8s de la R\u00e9gion. Le label est attribu\u00e9 par le Ministre de l&rsquo;Emploi de la R\u00e9gion de Bruxelles-Capitale aux employeurs qui reconnaissent, respectent et valorisent les diff\u00e9rences dans l&rsquo;environnement professionnel. Le label est valable deux ans durant lesquels l\u2019entreprise peut l\u2019utiliser librement dans toutes ses communications. Il peut \u00eatre prolong\u00e9 en cas de nouvelle \u00e9valuation positive ce qui peut alors permettre \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise de travailler sur de nouvelles th\u00e9matiques.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les plans de Diversit\u00e9 permettent, entre autres, aux entreprises d\u2019affronter de nouveaux d\u00e9fis ! Par exemple, m\u00eame si tout le monde ne sera pas concern\u00e9 par la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, il nous impactera tous et toutes. Il s\u2019agit donc d\u2019un enjeu de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019en faire un moyen d\u2019inclusion et non d\u2019exclusion. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces plans, \u00e0 ses consultantes et consultants de Diversit\u00e9, Actiris veut accompagner ces organisations et les aider \u00e0 \u00eatre acteur d\u2019inclusion dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> souligne Cathy Van Remoortere, directrice March\u00e9 de l&rsquo;Emploi et Inclusion chez Actiris.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les r\u00e9compens\u00e9s en 2021<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La liste des r\u00e9compens\u00e9s pour cette ann\u00e9e 2021 est la suivante : <em>M\u00e9decins du Monde, Info-Sourds, Faceo, Cegelec, Maison d\u2019Enfants Actiris, Hoppa, Chapelle de Bourgogne, Turbel, InBrussel, COIB-BOIC, Bruxeo, SAP-Belgium&amp;Lux, les Cliniques de l&rsquo;Europe, la VUB, la SNCB, Randstad, Espace Social T\u00e9l\u00e9 Service, Audi, Gammes, Multijobs, GAMS, Sophia Group, CP Group, BePax, Justice &amp; Paix, Amnesty International (BF), L\u2019Oreal, Eko Services, Pfizer et Eurobussing (Keolis).<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Depuis 2010, Actiris a d\u00e9j\u00e0 aid\u00e9 au total 273 employeurs \u00e0 mettre sur pied un plan diversit\u00e9 et cela concerne plus de 100.000 travailleurs en R\u00e9gion bruxelloise.<\/p>\n<p>Pour Bernard Clerfayt, Ministre de l\u2019Emploi : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Permettre \u00e0 tous les Bruxellois, peu importe leur \u00e2ge, leur sexe, leur lieu de r\u00e9sidence ou encore leur origine, d&rsquo;acc\u00e9der \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi : voil\u00e0 le v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9fi \u00e0 Bruxelles. La diversit\u00e9 repr\u00e9sente un potentiel de richesse pour les employeurs. Mais aujourd&rsquo;hui, certains blocages subsistent pour faire de la diversit\u00e9 une v\u00e9ritable strat\u00e9gie d&rsquo;entreprise. C&rsquo;est pourquoi, en d\u00e9veloppant des outils adapt\u00e9s comme les plans de diversit\u00e9 ou les labels, les services publics travaillent avec les entreprises bruxelloises pour faire de la diversit\u00e9 une richesse incontestable.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Qu\u2019apporte la diversit\u00e9 dans l\u2019entreprise ? <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\u00ab\u00a0<\/strong>Ce label r\u00e9compense le travail accompli par les \u00e9quipes de la SNCB qui ont uni leurs forces pour faire \u00e9voluer notre culture d&rsquo;entreprise vers plus d&rsquo;inclusivit\u00e9. En tant qu&rsquo;un des plus grands employeurs en Belgique et s&rsquo;adressant chaque jour \u00e0 des centaines de milliers de voyageurs, la SNCB souhaite repr\u00e9senter au mieux la diversit\u00e9 de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Une entreprise \u00e0 l&rsquo;image de ses clients est en effet une priorit\u00e9 et ce label nous encourage \u00e0 poursuivre sur cet \u00e9lan et \u00e0 faire mieux encore\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, d\u00e9clare Sophie Dutordoir, CEO de la SNCB.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0La diversit\u00e9 dans toutes ses dimensions est une valeur essentielle aux Cliniques de l&rsquo;Europe. Au vu des derniers \u00e9v\u00e9nements, il est clair que nous avons encore du travail \u00e0 faire. Mais il n\u2019y a pas de retour en arri\u00e8re. L\u2019universit\u00e9 inclusive est l\u2019universit\u00e9 du futur. Nous avons lanc\u00e9 une bourse afin de rendre le parcours doctoral plus inclusif et diversifi\u00e9 et nous continuerons \u00e0 travailler sur des programmes d\u2019\u00e9tudes diversifi\u00e9s et inclusifs.
