En ce qui concerne la semaine de travail de quatre jours, elle semble d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00eatre une bonne solution pour environ une PME belge sur trois, alors que la moiti\u00e9 de nos PME ont du mal \u00e0 recruter et \u00e0 fid\u00e9liser leur personnel. Cependant les avis sont partag\u00e9s autour de cette loi puisque plus d\u2019un tiers (37%) ne pense pas que la semaine de quatre jours contribuera \u00e0 attirer ou \u00e0 motiver ses collaborateurs.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Les PME de Wallonie et de Bruxelles sont les plus positives \u00e0 ce sujet. D\u00e9but d\u00e9cembre, SD Worx a interrog\u00e9 661 chefs d&rsquo;entreprise et responsables du personnel de PME concernant le premier trimestre 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Pour pr\u00e8s d&rsquo;une PME sur trois (31,4 %), la semaine de quatre jours permettrait d&rsquo;attirer ou de garder des travailleurs. Une proportion similaire (36,7%) de PME ne consid\u00e8re pas la semaine de quatre jours comme un moyen d&rsquo;attirer ou de motiver son personnel. Les PME de Bruxelles et de Wallonie sont plus positives \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard de la semaine de quatre jours (soit 33,7% et 38,2%) que les PME de Flandre (27,1%).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>La moiti\u00e9 de nos PME ont du mal \u00e0 recruter et \u00e0 retenir leurs collaborateurs<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e8s de 56 % des PME estiment que le recrutement de personnel est un d\u00e9fi important, voire tr\u00e8s important et pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 (46,6 %) des PME estiment que la motivation des travaileurs est un d\u00e9fi important, voire tr\u00e8s important. Les PME de Bruxelles trouvent que le recrutement de personnel est un d\u00e9fi nettement moins important que les PME de Flandre. <em>\u00ab\u00a0La moiti\u00e9 de nos PME ont du mal \u00e0 recruter et \u00e0 retenir leurs travailleurs. Les PME citent les horaires de travail flexibles comme l&rsquo;une des raisons les plus importantes (5 premi\u00e8res) pour lesquelles les candidats choisissent l&rsquo;une ou l\u2019autre entreprise. C&rsquo;est \u00e9galement l&rsquo;une des trois principales raisons pour lesquelles les travailleurs restent dans l&rsquo;entreprise. Les PME du secteur des services sont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus favorables \u00e0 la semaine de travail de quatre jours (32,5 % contre 26,9 % pour l\u2019Industrie et la Construction), mais les diff\u00e9rences r\u00e9gionales sont \u00e9galement l\u00e9g\u00e8res : les PME de Bruxelles et de Wallonie sont plus favorables \u00e0 la semaine de travail de quatre jours (soit 33,7 % et 38,2) que les PME de Flandre\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Vassilios Skarlidis, Directeur r\u00e9gional PME chez SD Worx.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source : pour ses pr\u00e9visions d\u2019emploi trimestrielles, SD\u202fWorx a interrog\u00e9 pour la 47e\u202ffois un nombre repr\u00e9sentatif de PME belges sur leurs attentes en mati\u00e8re d\u2019emploi. 661 entreprises de 1 \u00e0 250\u202ftravailleurs y ont particip\u00e9 entre fin novembre et d\u00e9but d\u00e9cembre.
