Etat des lieux exploratoire, en pre\u0301lude a\u0300 notre congre\u0300s HRM 2.0 a\u0300 Edimbourg, du 18 au 20 mai 2011.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Acteurs:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Nicolas Rasson (ING Luxembourg)<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00ab Les RH gagnent \u00e0 lancer des ponts vers la finance \u00bb<br \/>\nDepuis qu\u2019il a repris la fonction de Head of Human Resources chez ING \u00e0 Luxembourg, le Belge Nicolas Rasson n\u2019a pas ch\u00f4m\u00e9. Une s\u00e9rie d\u2019initiatives ont \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9es pour concourir \u00e0 un seul objectif: faire de la banque un des meilleurs employeurs de la place luxembourgeoise. Fort d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience r\u00e9ussie dans l\u2019op\u00e9rationnel, il a \u00e9galement renforc\u00e9 le positionnement de la fonction pour en faire un v\u00e9ritable partenaire du business, notamment en misant sur une meilleure compr\u00e9hension r\u00e9ciproque avec la fonction finance.<\/p>\n<h3>La Grande Interview:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Henri-Fran\u00e7ois Lenaerts et Olivier Wouters (Claeys &amp; Engels)<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00ab La loi du 19 mars 1991 regorge de chausse-trapes \u00bb<br \/>\nLa loi du 19 mars 1991 f\u00eate ses 20 ans.
