Toutefois, pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 (48%) d\u2019entre eux estiment que leur patron ne dispose pas des comp\u00e9tences requises pour diriger une \u00e9quipe \u00e0 distance. La Belgique est \u00e0 la tra\u00eene \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard en Europe, o\u00f9 en moyenne 34 % des sond\u00e9s pointent du doigt un manque de comp\u00e9tences de leadership hybride dans le chef de leur manager. Les employ\u00e9s pensent que les managers doivent principalement d\u00e9velopper des comp\u00e9tences telles que la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un esprit d\u2019\u00e9quipe, la communication, l\u2019organisation et l\u2019\u00e9coute.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est la conclusion d\u2019une \u00e9tude europ\u00e9enne men\u00e9e par GoodHabitz, un expert du d\u00e9veloppement personnel, en collaboration avec le bureau d\u2019\u00e9tudes Markteffect. L\u2019\u00e9tude, qui a sond\u00e9 13.615 employ\u00e9s, dont 1.044 Belges, a aussi permis d\u2019\u00e9valuer les comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cifiques que les employ\u00e9s souhaiteraient voir am\u00e9lior\u00e9es chez leurs sup\u00e9rieurs et chez eux-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n<p>Deux ans apr\u00e8s la ru\u00e9e sur le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, de nombreux employ\u00e9s sont en mesure d\u2019\u00e9valuer les \u00ab comp\u00e9tences de leadership hybride \u00bb de leurs managers. <em>\u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment la raison pour laquelle les r\u00e9sultats sont tellement frappants\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> d\u00e9clare Max Winter, Country Manager Belgique chez GoodHabitz. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Si l\u2019on exclut les Belges qui ont r\u00e9pondu \u00ab\u00a0neutre\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 la question, seuls 26 % ont un avis positif : en d\u2019autres termes, \u00e0 peine un Belge sur quatre pense que son manager dispose des comp\u00e9tences requises. C\u2019est un r\u00e9sultat plut\u00f4t inqui\u00e9tant. Le travail hybride peut contribuer significativement \u00e0 la productivit\u00e9 et au bien-\u00eatre des employ\u00e9s mais, pour ce faire, la gestion du personnel doit rester efficace. Et c\u2019est clairement l\u00e0 que le b\u00e2t blesse.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude a \u00e9galement cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 savoir quelles comp\u00e9tences importantes les cadres doivent am\u00e9liorer en mati\u00e8re de travail hybride. En t\u00eate de liste figure la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un esprit d\u2019\u00e9quipe (26%), suivie des comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de communication (24%), d\u2019organisation (24%), d\u2019\u00e9coute (23%) et enfin un leadership stimulant et empathique (23% et 21% respectivement). Max Winter poursuit : <em>\u00ab\u00a0On remarque imm\u00e9diatement qu\u2019il s\u2019agit principalement de choses rendues plus difficiles par l\u2019\u00e9loignement physique. L\u2019importance accord\u00e9e aux comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques est aussi frappante. Le fait que nous soyons devenus si d\u00e9pendants de toutes sortes d\u2019outils num\u00e9riques pour travailler \u00e0 distance joue certainement un r\u00f4le \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard. Les employeurs et les managers doivent donc analyser la situation afin d\u2019affiner leurs comp\u00e9tences.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Peu de diff\u00e9rences dans la situation avant et apr\u00e8s la p\u00e9riode de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Heureusement, il y a aussi des r\u00e9sultats positifs : malgr\u00e9 certains manques du point de vue du leadership, pas moins de 58% des Belges indiquent qu\u2019ils ne remarquent aucune diff\u00e9rence dans leur situation au travail, notamment dans la relation avec leur manager. En outre, si 21% d\u2019entre eux pensent que la situation s\u2019est d\u00e9t\u00e9rior\u00e9e, ils sont \u00e9galement 21 % \u00e0 trouver qu\u2019elle s\u2019est am\u00e9lior\u00e9e. Les Belges estiment qu\u2019en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, le leadership est presque aussi efface \u00e0 distance (61%) que sur site (66%). Cela signifie qu\u2019\u00e0 court terme, le manque de comp\u00e9tences dans ce domaine n\u2019a pas eu d\u2019impact majeur sur la situation professionnelle des employ\u00e9s. Sans oublier toutefois que la Belgique fait \u00e0 nouveau moins bien que le reste de l\u2019Europe \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard. En moyenne, les Europ\u00e9ens sont beaucoup plus nombreux \u00e0 constater une am\u00e9lioration (35%) qu\u2019une d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration (20%).<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, en Belgique et dans tous les autres pays o\u00f9 nous sommes actifs, nous constatons une tr\u00e8s forte volont\u00e9 des organisations d\u2019investir dans le d\u00e9veloppement de leurs employ\u00e9s. C\u2019est tr\u00e8s positif en soi, mais il est clair que l\u2019\u00e9volution des conditions de travail depuis le d\u00e9but de la pand\u00e9mie a aussi modifi\u00e9 les besoins des managers et des subordonn\u00e9s dans ce domaine.
