Comme le souligne la FEB, le CNT a confirm\u00e9 la pertinence du dispositif et rappel\u00e9 que les objectifs collectifs et certains d\u00e9finis dans une CCT90 doivent contribuer directement ou indirectement \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des r\u00e9sultats ou de la performance de l\u2019entreprise ou de ses travailleurs.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Dans son avis n\u00b02.275, le Conseil se prononce quant \u00e0 des recommandations formul\u00e9es par la Cour des comptes au sein de son rapport d\u2019avril 2021 <em>\u00abAvantages non r\u00e9currents li\u00e9s aux r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019entreprise. Un dispositif d\u2019incitation \u00e0 la performance des travailleurs\u00bb<\/em>, qui lui sont adress\u00e9es, et \u00e0 des demandes du SPF Emploi en vue d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les proc\u00e9dures. La Cour des Comptes a ainsi recommand\u00e9 notamment de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une \u00e9valuation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du syst\u00e8me des avantages non r\u00e9currents li\u00e9s aux r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n<div>Au terme de son examen, le Conseil conclut que la convention collective de travail n\u00b0 90 est bien per\u00e7ue tant par les entreprises que par les travailleurs, fonctionne bien dans l\u2019ensemble et ne n\u00e9cessite donc pas d\u2019adaptation sur ce plan. En ce qui concerne la recommandation de la Cour des Comptes relative \u00e0 la promotion et \u00e0 la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation du e-bonus, le Conseil souscrit \u00e0 cette suggestion, qui correspond \u00e0 la lettre et \u00e0 l\u2019esprit de son avis n\u00b0 2.107 du 27 novembre 2018 dans lequel il se prononce \u00e9galement en faveur d\u2019un e-bonus pour les plans d\u2019octroi introduits par voie de conventions collectives de travail.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Par ailleurs, dans ce m\u00eame avis, le Conseil rappelle les principes fondamentaux du syst\u00e8me des avantages non-r\u00e9currents li\u00e9s aux r\u00e9sultats et en particulier des objectifs \u00e0 atteindre et pr\u00e9cise que ces objectifs doivent contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des r\u00e9sultats ou de la performance (des travailleurs) de l\u2019entreprise. Il dresse ainsi une typologie des objectifs conformes, et les illustre par des exemples concrets. Il s\u2019agit en particulier:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>d\u2019objectifs d\u2019ordre \u00e9conomique et financier,<\/li>\n<li>d\u2019objectifs visant l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la performance collective et de l\u2019image de marque de l\u2019entreprise (par exemple, la participation \u00e0 des formations\/s\u00e9minaires payants ou gratuits et organisation de formations\/s\u00e9minaires payants ou gratuits),<\/li>\n<li>d\u2019objectifs li\u00e9s au bien-\u00eatre au travail et \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (par exemple, participer \u00e0 des actions en vue de promouvoir une culture de pr\u00e9vention dans l\u2019entreprise),<\/li>\n<li>d\u2019objectifs li\u00e9s \u00e0 la responsabilit\u00e9 soci\u00e9tale des entreprises, \u00e0 la protection de l\u2019environnement\/\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cologie (comme des actions en faveur de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances et de traitement au sein de l\u2019entreprise),<\/li>\n<li>des objectifs li\u00e9s \u00e0 la mobilit\u00e9 (dont favoriser la mobilit\u00e9 douce),<\/li>\n<li>des objectifs li\u00e9s \u00e0 d\u2019autres d\u00e9fis sociaux (entre autres l\u2019obtention de certificats, labels ou normes en mati\u00e8re environnementale ou de responsabilit\u00e9 soci\u00e9tale des entreprises).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le Conseil s\u2019est particuli\u00e8rement attard\u00e9 sur les objectifs li\u00e9s au bien-\u00eatre au travail et ceux relatifs \u00e0 la mobilit\u00e9, th\u00e8mes tr\u00e8s actuels, pour lesquels le Conseil a adapt\u00e9 la convention collective de travail n\u00b0 90 et ses annexes en fonction des pr\u00e9cisions que les interlocuteurs sociaux ont souhait\u00e9 apporter quant aux objectifs admis et aux conditions \u00e0 remplir \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>La FEB se r\u00e9jouit que les partenaires sociaux partagent toujours une vision commune positive de ce bel outil de motivation et d\u2019implication qu\u2019est la CCT 90.
