La F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des Entreprises de Belgique (FEB) plaide pour une prolongation de ce syst\u00e8me et une simplification du syst\u00e8me \u2018ordinaire\u2019, surtout avec la crise g\u00e9opolitique qui s\u00e9vit. Elle estime qu&rsquo;une proc\u00e9dure souple pour le ch\u00f4mage temporaire reste n\u00e9cessaire en cette p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;incertitude.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e9gime de ch\u00f4mage temporaire pour cause de force majeure corona est un syst\u00e8me simple qui permet aux entreprises de r\u00e9pondre imm\u00e9diatement aux cas de quarantaine ou \u00e0 des \u00e9v\u00e9nements impr\u00e9vus. Les entreprises ont besoin de cette flexibilit\u00e9 tant que les cons\u00e9quences \u00e9conomiques du coronavirus se font sentir et qu&rsquo;elles rencontrent encore de s\u00e9rieux probl\u00e8mes d&rsquo;approvisionnement en pi\u00e8ces et en mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res. En outre, la crise en Ukraine et en Russie pose aujourd&rsquo;hui des probl\u00e8mes suppl\u00e9mentaires \u00e0 de nombreuses entreprises. En raison de cette double crise, la simplicit\u00e9 et la certitude sont de mise. C&rsquo;est pourquoi la FEB demande que le r\u00e9gime existant de ch\u00f4mage temporaire pour cause de force majeure corona, qui expire normalement le 31 mars 2022, soit prolong\u00e9 d&rsquo;au moins un trimestre. Cela donnera \u00e0 toutes les entreprises plus de temps pour se pr\u00e9parer en vue d\u2019une transition en douceur vers le ch\u00f4mage \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n<p>Si la mesure n&rsquo;est pas prolong\u00e9e, de nombreuses entreprises risquent de ne pas \u00eatre pr\u00eates<br \/>\nadministrativement par manque de temps. Les employeurs et les travailleurs doivent avoir le temps de s&rsquo;adapter apr\u00e8s une p\u00e9riode de deux ans durant laquelle quasi seul le ch\u00f4mage temporaire pour cause de force majeure corona \u00e9tait appliqu\u00e9, sans quoi des probl\u00e8mes pourraient survenir au niveau du paiement des allocations de ch\u00f4mage.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Des ajustements structurels n\u00e9cessaires<br \/>\n<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lorsque le r\u00e9gime corona sera supprim\u00e9, les entreprises confront\u00e9es \u00e0 une forte contraction de leurs activit\u00e9s devront se rabattre sur le ch\u00f4mage \u00e9conomique \u2018ordinaire\u2019. C&rsquo;est pourquoi la FEB demande quelques adaptations structurelles du r\u00e9gime initial concernant e. a. les demandes, les d\u00e9lais de notification et les notifications, afin de le rendre plus convivial. Il est \u00e9galement important de pr\u00e9voir une transition automatique vers le ch\u00f4mage \u00e9conomique pour les travailleurs et les entreprises qui ont actuellement recours au ch\u00f4mage temporaire pour cause de force majeure corona.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Compte tenu du contexte \u00e9conomique tr\u00e8s incertain r\u00e9sultant de la crise du coronavirus et de la situation en Ukraine, il est n\u00e9cessaire de maintenir un acc\u00e8s ais\u00e9 au ch\u00f4mage temporaire.
