Au travers de la campagne \u00ab\u00a0<em>Maria bosse, pour quelle pension?\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, la CSC pr\u00e9sente ses propositions pour combler cet \u00e9cart dans la perspective de la Journ\u00e9e internationale des femmes, ce mardi 8 mars. Le syndicat insiste pour que la r\u00e9forme des pensions \u00e0 laquelle le gouvernement s\u2019est attel\u00e9 int\u00e8gre imp\u00e9rativement la dimension du genre.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs causes expliquent cet \u00e9cart de pension entre hommes et femmes:<\/p>\n<p>43,5% des femmes travaillent \u00e0 temps partiel (contre 11% des travailleurs masculins). Il s\u2019agit rarement d\u2019un choix d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9, les employeurs ne proposant pas d\u2019autres types de contrat. L\u2019impact sur le salaire et la pension ult\u00e9rieure est \u00e9norme.<\/p>\n<p>Les femmes travaillent dans des emplois et des secteurs plus f\u00e9minis\u00e9s, souvent essentiels mais moins bien r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s. Or, la pension est calcul\u00e9e sur la base du salaire. En outre, les conditions de travail sont souvent si exigeantes sur le plan physique ou mental qu\u2019il est pratiquement impossible d\u2019y mener une carri\u00e8re compl\u00e8te \u00e0 temps plein.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019impact de la maternit\u00e9 sur les femmes est toujours immense, en termes de revenus (c\u2019est \u00e0 ce moment que l\u2019\u00e9cart salarial se creuse), de discrimination \u00e0 l\u2019embauche mais aussi en termes de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la CSC et les Femmes CSC, il est temps de r\u00e9duire cet \u00e9cart de pension \u00e0 z\u00e9ro via les leviers suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une augmentation des salaires bruts (suppression de la loi de \u201996 qui bloque les n\u00e9gociations salariales)<\/li>\n<li>Un cong\u00e9 de paternit\u00e9 obligatoire et allong\u00e9 (il a \u00e9t\u00e9 prouv\u00e9 que cela a un impact positif sur le salaires des femmes, leur sant\u00e9, le retour au travail \u2026 et sur le lien entre papa et enfant bien s\u00fbr !)<\/li>\n<li>Une application stricte de la convention collective de travail (CCT) n\u00b035 permettant aux personnes \u00e0 temps partiel d\u2019augmenter leurs heures de travail.<\/li>\n<li>Une r\u00e9duction collective du temps de travail avec maintien du salaire.<\/li>\n<li>La reconnaissance de la p\u00e9nibilit\u00e9 du travail dans les secteurs \u00abf\u00e9minins\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>Le droit aux cong\u00e9s th\u00e9matiques pleinement assimil\u00e9s pour le calcul de la pension.<\/li>\n<li>Et de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, le renforcement de la pension l\u00e9gale via le plan 55-60-65 qui pr\u00e9voit des possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019am\u00e9nagements de fin de carri\u00e8re \u00e0 partir de 55 ans, dans tous les secteurs, l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la pension anticip\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de 60 ans, la pension \u00e0 65 ans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Source : CSC<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les femmes gagnent en moyenne 23,1% de moins par an que les hommes.
