C\u2019est beaucoup moins que chez nos voisins! On observe cependant un ralentissement de la reprise dans plusieurs pays europ\u00e9ens. C\u2019est ce qui ressort d\u2019une analyse statistique effectu\u00e9e par Indeed \u00e0 partir de l\u2019\u00e9volution du nombre d\u2019offres d\u2019emploi.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s une tendance \u00e0 la hausse depuis la fin de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 2020, \u00e0 un rythme nettement plus lent que celui des pays voisins, on observe une phase de stabilisation du nombre d\u2019offres d\u2019emploi disponibles en Belgique sur le site d\u2019Indeed (+14,5% au 25\/2\/2022 par rapport au 1\/2\/2020). Avec une hausse plus forte suivie d\u2019un coup de frein plus marqu\u00e9 en Wallonie.<\/p>\n<p>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de chez nos voisins, les personnes \u00e0 la recherche d&rsquo;un emploi ont bien plus de choix. Le nombre d&rsquo;offres d&#8217;emploi est actuellement 34% plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 qu&rsquo;avant la pand\u00e9mie en France, 42% aux-Pays-Bas, 51% en Allemagne, 59% en Italie et m\u00eame 62% en Irlande ! Et ce alors de que les courbes ont observ\u00e9 (hors Allemagne) un l\u00e9ger recul ou une stabilisation en f\u00e9vrier.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Arjan Vissers, responsable de la strat\u00e9gie chez Indeed : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Les employeurs ont publi\u00e9 de nombreuses offres ces derniers mois en pr\u00e9vision de l\u2019all\u00e8gement des mesures sanitaires, de la reprises de certaines activit\u00e9s et de l\u2019arriv\u00e9e des beaux jours. C\u2019est particuli\u00e8rement le cas du secteur culturel et artistique en Wallonie o\u00f9 le nombre d\u2019offres a mont\u00e9 en fl\u00e8che \u00e0 partir de la rentr\u00e9e de septembre \u2013 en janvier, il a m\u00eame doubl\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019avant pand\u00e9mie (contre maximum +30% \u00e0 Bruxelles et en Flandre). Nous avons aussi observ\u00e9 une forte hausse dans l\u2019horeca wallon avec jusqu\u2019\u00e0 +52% d\u2019offres en janvier 2022 (contre \u2018seulement\u2019 maximum +12% \u00e0 Bruxelles et +18% en Flandre).\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Il est encore trop t\u00f4t pour savoir si la guerre en Ukraine aura une influence directe sur le march\u00e9 du travail belge de certains secteurs.
