Durant les six premiers mois de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, l&rsquo;indice a enregistr\u00e9 une progression de 0,75% pour s&rsquo;\u00e9tablir \u00e0 un taux de 111,2. Certes, le record de novembre 2011 (112,2) n&rsquo;est, il est vrai, pas encore atteint, mais ces r\u00e9sultats marquent tout de m\u00eame une am\u00e9lioration. <!--more--><\/div>\n<p>Cette note positive cache toutefois des r\u00e9alit\u00e9s assez diff\u00e9rentes : le taux de l\u2019Indice Emploi PME tourne depuis trois ans d\u00e9j\u00e0 autour de 111 et on ne peut d\u00e8s lors gu\u00e8re parler d\u2019une perc\u00e9e d\u00e9finitive en termes d\u2019emploi. Les r\u00e9sultats positifs se rencontrent surtout en Flandre. Ainsi, au cours du deuxi\u00e8me trimestre, l&#8217;emploi a augment\u00e9 de pas moins de 0,8% dans les PME flamandes. La Wallonie et Bruxelles, quant \u00e0 elles, stagnent, pour ainsi dire, avec respectivement une hausse de 0,1% et une baisse de 0,1%. Les diff\u00e9rences entre les R\u00e9gions sont d\u2019autant plus frappantes si l&rsquo;on se penche sur les chiffres des 12 derniers mois. En Flandre, le taux d&#8217;emploi dans les PME a progress\u00e9 de pr\u00e8s de 1,6%, tandis que, durant la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode, il a diminu\u00e9 de 1% \u00e0 Bruxelles et de 0,6% en Wallonie. La Flandre, plus sensible \u00e0 la conjoncture, rebondit donc plus vite apr\u00e8s avoir, elle aussi, essuy\u00e9 quelques travers durant une p\u00e9riode difficile. <\/p>\n<p>En Wallonie, ce sont les PME de taille plus importante (les entreprises de 50 \u00e0 99 travailleurs) qui ont enregistr\u00e9 un r\u00e9sultat positif (+2,4%) l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. \u00c0 Bruxelles, par contre, la tendance n\u00e9gative s&rsquo;observe dans tous les segments, des plus petites aux plus grandes PME. Au cours de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, les pertes d&#8217;emploi ont \u00e9t\u00e9 de -0,9% dans les PME de moins de 20 travailleurs, de -1,3% dans les PME comptant 20 \u00e0 50 travailleurs et de -0,8% dans celles employant entre 50 et 100 travailleurs. En Flandre, ce sont, de mani\u00e8re surprenante, surtout les plus petites PME qui engagent. Ainsi, au cours des 12 derniers mois, l&#8217;emploi dans le plus petit segment (les entreprises jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 20 travailleurs) a progress\u00e9 de 1,8%. Cela souligne une certaine durabilit\u00e9 car ce sont justement ces PME qui, dans l&rsquo;ensemble, font preuve de prudence, tant pour engager que pour licencier du personnel. <\/p>\n<p>Au cours du dernier trimestre, l&#8217;emploi structurel a principalement augment\u00e9 dans le secteur de la construction et dans le secteur quaternaire (soins de sant\u00e9, enseignement,\u2026), qui laisse entrevoir de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des chiffres positifs, en particulier dans le sous-secteur des maisons de repos. Bruxelles est la seule r\u00e9gion dans laquelle l\u2019emploi dans le secteur tertiaire a diminu\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;Indice Emploi PME de SD Worx atteint actuellement un taux de 111,2 pour le deuxi\u00e8me trimestre de 2014. Cela signifie que, depuis d\u00e9cembre 2005, les entreprises de moins de 100 travailleurs occupent 11,2% de collaborateurs en plus.
