Bellens a encore \u00e9t\u00e9 coquin ce matin \u00e0 Uccle en taquinant l\u2019un ou l\u2019autre ministre sur leurs incomp\u00e9tences et autres incapacit\u00e9s \u00e0 g\u00e9rer le rapport de force qui existe entre un actionnaire et un comit\u00e9 de direction d\u00e9sign\u00e9. Bien s\u00fbr, ce n\u2019est que la provocation, mani\u00e9e avec plus ou moins de finesse et de manipulation m\u00e9diatique.<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #4d4b4c;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #4d4b4c;\">Ne nous attardons pas sur le fond pour une fois. Car ce n\u2019est finalement ici qu\u2019une simple question de forme. Que faire en tant qu\u2019administrateur lorsque votre CEO r\u00e9clame son licenciement de toute son \u00e2me? Est-ce une question si compliqu\u00e9e ? Que non !
