Ce faisant, toutes les parties affirment explicitement leur intention de faire, plus que jamais, de l\u2019administration f\u00e9d\u00e9rale un lieu o\u00f9 tous sont les bienvenu\u00b7e\u00b7s et se sentent bien, tant les membres du personnel que les citoyens qui sont en contact avec elle.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019administration f\u00e9d\u00e9rale a une politique de diversit\u00e9 depuis un certain temps d\u00e9j\u00e0, mais avec la signature de la charte, elle passe \u00e0 la vitesse sup\u00e9rieure. L&rsquo;objectif ultime est d&rsquo;\u00eatre un mod\u00e8le de diversit\u00e9, d&rsquo;inclusion et d&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances, avec un personnel comprenant les profils les plus divers et refl\u00e9tant ainsi la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 diversifi\u00e9e dans laquelle nous vivons. En m\u00eame temps, les services de l\u2019administration doivent \u00eatre accessibles \u00e0 chaque citoyen, sans distinction.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Des engagements concrets<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La charte se compose d&rsquo;un certain nombre d&rsquo;intentions qui doivent contribuer \u00e0 cet objectif plus large. En plus d&rsquo;adh\u00e9rer au principe de non-discrimination, elle demande que tous les managers et collaborateurs de l\u2019administration f\u00e9d\u00e9rale soient sensibilis\u00e9s au th\u00e8me de la diversit\u00e9, par exemple par le biais de formations. La lutte contre les obstacles potentiels \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances doit \u00eatre plus efficace et l&rsquo;\u00e9change de bonnes pratiques doit \u00eatre plus spontan\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Un autre engagement important consiste \u00e0 int\u00e9grer les principes de diversit\u00e9, d&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances et d&rsquo;inclusion dans les processus de d\u00e9cision et de gestion, dans l&rsquo;organisation et dans la gestion des ressources humaines. Les signataires montrent ainsi leur volont\u00e9 de fournir les ressources n\u00e9cessaires pour assurer la mise en pratique de ces principes. En outre, ils s&rsquo;engagent \u00e0 \u00e9valuer et \u00e0 rendre compte r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des r\u00e9sultats finaux.<\/p>\n<p>Pour Petra De Sutter, ministre de la Fonction publique, la charte de la diversit\u00e9 et de l&rsquo;inclusion a plus qu&rsquo;une valeur symbolique : \u00ab\u00a0<em>C&rsquo;est le d\u00e9but d&rsquo;une politique forte qui garantira un personnel plus diversifi\u00e9 au sein de l\u2019administration f\u00e9d\u00e9rale. C&rsquo;est n\u00e9cessaire. Pour rendre et maintenir le lieu de travail plus diversifi\u00e9 et inclusif, l\u2019administration f\u00e9d\u00e9rale n&rsquo;est pas rest\u00e9 inactive ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Cette charte donnera un coup de pouce \u00e0 ces efforts et assurera une meilleure coordination. L&rsquo;important maintenant est de joindre l&rsquo;acte \u00e0 la parole.\u00a0\u00bb<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Sarah Schlitz, secr\u00e9taire d&rsquo;\u00c9tat \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances, se f\u00e9licite \u00e9galement de cette initiative : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous vivons dans une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 diversifi\u00e9e, mais malheureusement, certains groupes sont sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s. C\u2019est une bonne chose que l\u2019administration f\u00e9d\u00e9rale prenne maintenant l&rsquo;initiative de mettre en pratique l&rsquo;histoire de l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances avec cette charte. Apr\u00e8s tout, l\u2019administration a un r\u00f4le exemplaire \u00e0 jouer. Esp\u00e9rons que cela inspirera \u00e9galement d&rsquo;autres acteurs.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pour Jo\u00eblle Berghmans, pr\u00e9sidente du r\u00e9seau f\u00e9d\u00e9ral Diversit\u00e9, l\u2019importance de la charte ne doit pas \u00eatre sous-estim\u00e9e :<em> \u00ab\u00a0M\u00eame si la diversit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;inclusion font d\u00e9j\u00e0 partie des priorit\u00e9s et des valeurs de l\u2019administration f\u00e9d\u00e9rale, une enqu\u00eate a montr\u00e9 que nous avons encore trop peu de ressources pour aller plus loin dans la concr\u00e9tisation d\u2019une v\u00e9ritable politique inclusive.
