L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate montre en effet que les employeurs doivent parfois faire face \u00e0 un recrutement erron\u00e9 dans leur recherche de nouveaux collaborateurs : 67% des managers belges ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9s \u00e0 une telle inad\u00e9quation au cours des 12 derniers mois. 76% indiquent que l&rsquo;impact n\u00e9gatif d\u2019un tel recrutement est m\u00eame pire qu&rsquo;il y a 1 an.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;impact d&rsquo;un mauvais recrutement ne peut \u00eatre sous-estim\u00e9 et, selon 3 managers sur 4, il est plus important aujourd&rsquo;hui qu&rsquo;il y a un an. Dans le sillage de la pand\u00e9mie, de nombreuses \u00e9quipes sont soumises \u00e0 une pression accrue, de sorte qu&rsquo;une telle inad\u00e9quation entre le candidat et le poste alourdit la charge de travail de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe existante. De plus, l&rsquo;ajustement d&rsquo;un mauvais recrutement risque de demander plus de travail dans un environnement hybride.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0La guerre des talents rend d&rsquo;autant plus difficile la minimisation de l&rsquo;impact d&rsquo;un mauvais recrutement. L&rsquo;offre de candidats ad\u00e9quats poss\u00e9dant les comp\u00e9tences et aptitudes requises est limit\u00e9e, ce qui complique la recherche rapide d&rsquo;un rempla\u00e7ant appropri\u00e9 et met les \u00e9quipes sous pression\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, d\u00e9clare Jo\u00ebl Poilvache, Director chez Robert Half.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les facteurs d&rsquo;un mauvais recrutement<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>50% des managers interrog\u00e9s indiquent que le manque d&rsquo;implication des personnes appropri\u00e9es dans le processus de recrutement est un facteur majeur qui peut conduire \u00e0 une erreur de casting dans le recrutement. <em>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;ad\u00e9quation culturelle devenant de plus en plus importante, l&rsquo;interaction authentique est un atout majeur dans les entretiens avec les employ\u00e9s potentiels. Par cons\u00e9quent, en plus des managers directement concern\u00e9s, il est int\u00e9ressant de faire participer des coll\u00e8gues aux entretiens afin d\u2019\u00e9valuer si \u00e7a matche avec l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe. Par exemple, 55% des managers belges affirment qu&rsquo;une meilleure s\u00e9lection des candidats est une bonne approche. Lors d&rsquo;un entretien, une interaction plus personnelle peut donner une image plus compl\u00e8te du candidat.<\/p>\n<p>41% d\u2019entre eux disent qu\u2019identifier les comp\u00e9tences et aptitudes essentielles que vous souhaitez conserver aide au recrutement, m\u00eame s&rsquo;il peut \u00eatre utile de regarder au-del\u00e0 de votre checklist \u00e9tablie.
