En effet, environ 43% des PME belges pr\u00e9voient de recruter d\u2019ici la fin de juin. Cette volont\u00e9 est principalement observ\u00e9e dans des PME de Wallonie, de Bruxelles et de Flandre-Occidentale. Ce niveau est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui de la p\u00e9riode pr\u00e9-pand\u00e9mie et est aussi le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 depuis le d\u00e9but des mesures de l\u2019aide \u00e0 l\u2019embauche datant de 2010. Les intentions de licenciement ont \u00e9galement consid\u00e9rablement diminu\u00e9, pour atteindre le niveau d&rsquo;avant Corona (8,5%) \u00e0 nouveau. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En mars, SD Worx a interrog\u00e9 612 chefs d&rsquo;entreprise et responsables du personnel de PME sur leurs plans en termes de recrutement pour le deuxi\u00e8me trimestre de 2022 (avril-juin). Constat: les intentions de recrutements des PME continuent d\u2019augmenter pour atteindre leur plus haut niveau depuis 2010.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les PME bruxelloises sont celles ayant le plus besoin de personnel<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bien que, par rapport au trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, l&rsquo;on constate un recul de cette observation parmi les PME flamandes (la Flandre-Occidentale fait exception), la tendance est positive ailleurs en Belgique. Vassilios Skarlidis, Conseiller Strat\u00e9gique pour les PME chez SD Worx : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;augmentation du nombre de PME en Wallonie, \u00e0 Bruxelles et en Flandre Occidentale, la hausse de recrutement se poursuit. Au trimestre dernier, les secteurs de la construction et de l&rsquo;industrie s&rsquo;\u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 distingu\u00e9s. Pr\u00e8s de sept PME sur dix de ces secteurs pr\u00e9voient de recruter et cette intention est \u00e9galement en hausse parmi les petites et moyennes PME (comptant de 5 \u00e0 99 employ\u00e9s). \u00c0 Bruxelles, il s&rsquo;agit presque exclusivement de postes vacants r\u00e9cents, et moins de postes en p\u00e9nurie. Il n&rsquo;y a que tr\u00e8s peu de PME qui pr\u00e9voient des licenciements : seulement 5,9% \u00e0 Bruxelles. En moyenne, 1\/3 des PME belges souhaite remplacer un salari\u00e9 licenci\u00e9. C&rsquo;est mieux qu&rsquo;au trimestre dernier, mais pas encore au niveau pr\u00e9-pand\u00e9mique, durant lequel une PME sur deux pr\u00e9voyait un remplacement\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, partage le Consultant.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Nous savons que trouver les bons profils prend du temps et que tous les projets ne se r\u00e9alisent pas en trois mois. Il existe donc de nombreuses possibilit\u00e9s d&#8217;emploi dans les PME, et si vous \u00eates \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019un emploi permanent, vous pouvez certainement tenter votre chance dans une PME\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> conclut SD Worx.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: pour la 48\u00e8me fois, la recherche sur les pr\u00e9visions trimestrielles en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;emploi de SD Worx a interrog\u00e9 un certain nombre de PME, repr\u00e9sentatives \u00e0 la Belgique, sur leurs attentes \u00e0 ce sujet. Entre le 23 f\u00e9vrier et le 8 mars 2022, 612 entreprises comprenant de 1 \u00e0 250 employ\u00e9s ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une enqu\u00eate en ligne aupr\u00e8s des PME en Belgique, bas\u00e9e sur un \u00e9chantillon repr\u00e9sentatif, par le bureau d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes CityD-WES et s&rsquo;adressant aux r\u00e9pondants par email. L&rsquo;\u00e9tude est r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e chaque trimestre. La pond\u00e9ration se fait en fonction de la r\u00e9gion et de la taille de l&rsquo;organisation, mais aussi en fonction de la population des PME. Les r\u00e9sultats sont repr\u00e9sentatifs \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble des PME en Belgique. La pond\u00e9ration est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement bien inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 2, sauf pour les PME wallonnes.
