Et selon le Forrester Skill Cluster Ranking, ce sont trois villes phares des pays nordiques, Helsinki, Stockholm et Copenhague, qui sont les hauts lieux europ\u00e9ens du recrutement de talents hautement qualifi\u00e9s pour les entreprises. Le top 10 des villes comprend \u00e9galement Berlin, Hambourg, Oslo, Munich, Vienne, Zurich et Amsterdam. Londres, souvent connue comme le centre technologique de l&rsquo;Europe, a \u00e9t\u00e9 class\u00e9e 19e, en grande partie en raison des r\u00e8gles d&rsquo;immigration strictes post-Brexit.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Dans un nouveau rapport intitul\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Navigating The Leading Skill Clusters Across Europe\u00a0\u00bb, Forrester classe 50 villes afin d&rsquo;aider les leaders technologiques et les chefs d&rsquo;entreprises \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer o\u00f9 trouver les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour l&rsquo;avenir. L&rsquo;accent mis sur les efforts de transformation num\u00e9rique, le vieillissement de la population, l&rsquo;automatisation croissante et les perturbations continues li\u00e9es \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 un d\u00e9ficit de comp\u00e9tences en Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Pour favoriser une croissance durable et se pr\u00e9parer au monde du travail de demain, les entreprises europ\u00e9ennes ont besoin de profils dot\u00e9s de comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques et technologiques, d&rsquo;un esprit critique et de r\u00e9silience.<\/p>\n<p>Voici quelques-uns des principaux enseignements du rapport :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le paysage h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8ne des comp\u00e9tences en Europe est domin\u00e9 par le Nord et l&rsquo;Ouest. Les villes les mieux class\u00e9es comme Helsinki et Berlin offrent une main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre tr\u00e8s instruite et diversifi\u00e9e, avec des comp\u00e9tences linguistiques sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 la moyenne et un cadre r\u00e9glementaire favorable aux entreprises.<\/li>\n<li>Les obstacles r\u00e9glementaires post-Brexit emp\u00eachent les villes bas\u00e9es au Royaume-Uni d&rsquo;\u00eatre class\u00e9es parmi les principaux p\u00f4les de comp\u00e9tences en Europe. Apr\u00e8s le Brexit, la circulation de la main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre au Royaume-Uni est restreinte, ce qui entra\u00eene un recul de Londres, Manchester et Birmingham dans les classements.<\/li>\n<li>Savoir o\u00f9 se trouvent les meilleurs talents en Europe aide les entreprises \u00e0 se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 un travail hybride et en tout lieu. Forrester pr\u00e9voit que 30 \u00e0 40 % des salari\u00e9s travailleront dans une forme ou une autre de cadre de travail \u00ab depuis n&rsquo;importe o\u00f9 \u00bb.. Les chefs d&rsquo;entreprise ont donc besoin que leurs employ\u00e9s poss\u00e8dent les comp\u00e9tences requises pour r\u00e9ussir dans des environnements de travail hybrides.<\/li>\n<li>Les employ\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre embauch\u00e9s en fonction de leurs capacit\u00e9s et de leur d\u00e9sir d&rsquo;apprendre. Les employeurs devraient envisager d&#8217;embaucher des employ\u00e9s en fonction de leur potentiel plut\u00f4t que des comp\u00e9tences existantes. Les principaux groupes de comp\u00e9tences offrent la base la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e d&#8217;employ\u00e9s motiv\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;accent mis sur la r\u00e9volution verte et num\u00e9rique, coupl\u00e9 aux changements socio-\u00e9conomiques, a cr\u00e9\u00e9 un d\u00e9ficit de comp\u00e9tences notable en Europe, ce qui peut \u00eatre fragilisant pour la croissance des entreprises\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Dan Bieler, analyste principal chez Forrester. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Pour se pr\u00e9parer au monde du travail de demain, les entreprises europ\u00e9ennes doivent recruter des talents capables d&rsquo;acqu\u00e9rir des comp\u00e9tences techniques et des soft skills.
