Alors qu\u2019il y a deux ans seulement, rien ne comptait plus que le salaire ou un contrat \u00e0 dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e, l\u2019\u00e9quilibre travail-vie priv\u00e9e et la possibilit\u00e9 de s\u2019\u00e9panouir figurent d\u00e9sormais aussi parmi les priorit\u00e9s des salari\u00e9s. Mais les employeurs se sont-ils adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 ce changement ? En collaboration avec le bureau d\u2019\u00e9tudes Markteffect, GoodHabitz, expert de l\u2019apprentissage en ligne et du d\u00e9veloppement personnel, a sond\u00e9 1.044 employ\u00e9s belges et 210 d\u00e9cideurs sur la gestion des talents.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Les crit\u00e8res du \u00ab travail id\u00e9al \u00bb ne comptent pas seulement quand nous cherchons un (nouvel) emploi, ils nous poussent \u00e9galement \u00e0 changer d\u2019emploi. 60 % des travailleurs belges partagent cet avis en mati\u00e8re d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9panouissement personnel, et un sur six d\u00e9clare que les propositions de son entreprise dans ce domaine ne sont pas int\u00e9ressantes ou appropri\u00e9es. \u00ab\u00a0<em>On pourrait s\u2019attendre \u00e0 ce que les priorit\u00e9s de l\u2019employeur moyen \u00e9voluent en fonction des d\u00e9veloppements du march\u00e9 du travail, mais de nombreuses organisations ont encore du mal \u00e0 s\u2019y retrouver\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> d\u00e9clare Max Winter, country manager chez GoodHabitz. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Et c\u2019est un probl\u00e8me, car cela les emp\u00eache de fa\u00e7on structurelle d\u2019attirer et de retenir de nouveaux talents.\u00a0\u00bb<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les employeurs et les employ\u00e9s ne sont pas sur la m\u00eame longueur d\u2019onde<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>61 % des employeurs comprennent l\u2019importance de l\u2019\u00e9panouissement personnel sur le lieu de travail et conviennent qu\u2019il existe une r\u00e9elle probabilit\u00e9 que le personnel quitte l\u2019entreprise dans le cas contraire. Malgr\u00e9 cela, 64 % disent ne pas approfondir le sujet parce qu\u2019ils trouvent que leur programme en la mati\u00e8re est d\u00e9j\u00e0 suffisamment attrayant. 11 % d\u00e9clarent m\u00eame ne pas offrir du tout d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9panouissement personnel, alors que 24 % des employ\u00e9s les r\u00e9clament. \u00ab\u00a0<em>La diff\u00e9rence est frappante\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> ajoute Max Winter. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Cela r\u00e9v\u00e8le une perspective diff\u00e9rente sur le contenu d\u2019un tel programme et\/ou sur le degr\u00e9 de personnalisation de ces opportunit\u00e9s. Cela peut aussi s\u2019expliquer par des incompr\u00e9hensions entre l\u2019employeur et les employ\u00e9s quant aux possibilit\u00e9s offertes au personnel.\u00a0\u00bb<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Satisfaction professionnelle et possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019apprentissage<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une \u00e9tape importante vers l\u2019\u00e9panouissement personnel est la mise \u00e0 disposition de parcours d\u2019apprentissage et de formations. 34 % des sond\u00e9s pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent l\u2019apprentissage traditionnel en classe. 35% choisissent de le combiner avec l\u2019apprentissage en ligne (apprentissage mixte), et 48% apprennent plus vite sur le tas. Selon deux travailleurs sur trois, la formation en ligne est directement b\u00e9n\u00e9fique \u00e0 leur d\u00e9veloppement personnel. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Notre exp\u00e9rience montre que de nombreuses organisations belges ont encore une offre de formation assez traditionnelle, alors que la formation num\u00e9rique offre une foule d\u2019avantages. Elle facilite notamment l\u2019apprentissage segment\u00e9, qui permet aux salari\u00e9s de choisir le moment o\u00f9 ils apprennent : lorsqu\u2019ils n\u2019ont pas de travail, par exemple, ou \u2013 pourquoi pas \u2013 uniquement quand ils en ont envie.
