Les entreprises qui souhaitent recruter de nouveaux talents devront, plus que jamais, faire de leur mieux pour les trouver et les garder &#8211; et se pre\u0301parer a\u0300 l&rsquo;avenir.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour soutenir les employe\u0301\u00b7es et les employeurs dans ce contexte, StepStone a mene\u0301 une enque\u0302te aupre\u0300s de 1400 employe\u0301\u00b7es et demandeur\u00b7ses d&#8217;emploi, et 240 managers et professionnel\u00b7les des RH, afin de mieux appre\u0301hender l&rsquo;avenir du marche\u0301 du travail en Belgique.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Pas de re\u0301ponse dans les cinq premie\u0300res semaines pour 48 % des candidat\u00b7es en 2021 &#8211; contre 76% en 2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La moitie\u0301 des demandeur\u00b7ses d&#8217;emploi et des employe\u0301\u00b7es interroge\u0301\u00b7es (48%) qui ont postule\u0301 a\u0300 un emploi en 2021 ont de\u0301clare\u0301 ne pas avoir rec\u0327u de re\u0301ponse dans les cinq premie\u0300res semaines ou plus. Une e\u0301tude semblable de StepStone a montre\u0301 qu&rsquo;en 2019, 76% des candidat\u00b7es n&rsquo;avaient pas rec\u0327u de re\u0301ponse dans un de\u0301lai similaire (dans les six semaines).<\/p>\n<p>Avec moins de candidat\u00b7es par poste vacant disponible sur le marche\u0301 (surtout depuis le COVID, la se\u0301curite\u0301 de l&#8217;emploi restant vraisemblablement un facteur d&rsquo;impact), ainsi que des syste\u0300mes de re\u0301ponses automatise\u0301es de plus en plus re\u0301pandus chez les recruteur\u00b7ses, il existe de multiples raisons potentielles a\u0300 cette baisse de re\u0301ponse &#8211; et bien su\u0302r de nombreuses raisons a\u0300 l&rsquo;importance croissante de re\u0301pondre a\u0300 chaque candidat\u00b7e.<\/p>\n<p>Britt Winnepenninckx, experte RH chez Acerta Consult : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les recruteur\u00b7ses passent beaucoup de temps a\u0300 chercher des talents, car il y a beaucoup de postes vacants et seulement quelques candidat\u00b7es. Il est important que les recruteur\u00b7ses tiennent leurs candidat\u00b7es informe\u0301\u00b7es par un contact personnel et une communication transparente. Surtout lorsque ces candidat\u00b7es sont de\u0301ja\u0300 tre\u0300s avance\u0301\u00b7es dans le processus de candidature. Dans le cas ou\u0300 le recrutement n&rsquo;aboutirait finalement pas, le\/la recruteur\u00b7se peut garder les lignes de communication ouvertes pour d&rsquo;e\u0301ventuelles opportunite\u0301s futures.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>En outre, StepStone a demande\u0301 a\u0300 240 managers, recruteur\u00b7ses et professionnel\u00b7les des RH en Belgique a\u0300 quel moment ils\/elles re\u0301pondent ge\u0301ne\u0301ralement aux candidatures. Six sur dix (59%) disent re\u0301pondre dans la premie\u0300re semaine, et seuls 7% de ce groupe affirment ne pas avoir re\u0301pondu dans les cinq premie\u0300res semaines ou plus. Il semblerait qu&rsquo;il y ait un de\u0301calage entre ce que les professionnel\u00b7les des RH et les candidat\u00b7es de\u0301clarent e\u0302tre leur expe\u0301rience en matie\u0300re de candidature.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>3 professionnel\u00b7les des RH sur 4 envoient des lettres de refus &#8211; plus de la moitie\u0301 disent les personnaliser en y ajoutant des commentaires constructifs<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lorsqu&rsquo;on a demande\u0301 aux recruteur\u00b7ses et professionnel\u00b7les des RH s&rsquo;ils\/elles envoyaient des lettres de refus, 73 % ont confirme\u0301 qu&rsquo;ils\/elles le faisaient. Les autres ont re\u0301pondu qu&rsquo;ils\/elles ne le font habituellement pas.<br \/>\nA\u0300 ceux\/celles qui envoient des lettres de refus, StepStone a demande\u0301 s&rsquo;ils\/elles fournissaient des commentaires personnels aux candidat\u00b7es refuse\u0301\u00b7es. Plus de la moitie\u0301 (54%) ont re\u0301pondu qu&rsquo;ils\/elles envoyaient un retour personnalise\u0301 et constructif aux candidat\u00b7es rejete\u0301\u00b7es. Un\u00b7e sur cinq (20%) a cependant de\u0301clare\u0301 qu&rsquo;il\/elle ne changeait que le nom et l&rsquo;intitule\u0301 du poste pour celui pour lequel le\/la candidat\u00b7e a postule\u0301.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source &amp; me\u0301thodologie: StepStone a re\u0301alise\u0301 cette enque\u0302te en janvier 2022. Nos analystes ont passe\u0301 les donne\u0301es au crible pour s&rsquo;assurer que la repre\u0301sentation et la validite\u0301 des re\u0301ponses des re\u0301pondant\u00b7es sont exactes. Au total, 1732 enque\u0302tes ont e\u0301te\u0301 remplies en ne\u0301erlandais, franc\u0327ais et anglais.
