Alors que la dynamisation du march\u00e9 de travail continue avec l\u2019arriv\u00e9e la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z, les attentes des jeunes travailleurs \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard des managers semblent \u00eatre claires et d\u00e9finies. De quoi changer la donne.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour pr\u00e8s d\u2019un candidat sur deux (47,8%), la qualit\u00e9 la plus recherch\u00e9e et appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un manager s\u2019av\u00e8re \u00eatre son accompagnement afin que le manag\u00e9 puisse atteindre son potentiel maximum et mettre \u00e0 profit ses comp\u00e9tences. Selon les r\u00e9pondants, un manager doit non seulement adopter une attitude respectueuse envers les membres de son \u00e9quipe (46,8%), mais aussi incarner le leadership (45,8%), \u00e0 travers les valeurs pr\u00f4n\u00e9es par l\u2019employeur. Enfin, l\u2019importance du relationnel est \u00e9galement non n\u00e9gligeable, selon l\u2019enqu\u00eate : pour 43,9% des r\u00e9pondants, un manager doit \u00e9galement \u00eatre un bon communicant.<\/p>\n<p>Olivier Dufour, Managing Director de Page Personnel : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Les nouveaux candidats entrant sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi changent la donne en mati\u00e8re d\u2019attentes envers les managers, et donc le management. Nous notons que cette nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration souhaite constamment apprendre. Et ce, rapidement. Lorsqu\u2019ils int\u00e8grent une entreprise, les jeunes consid\u00e8rent que celle-ci poss\u00e8de un plan de d\u00e9veloppement et des trainings, assur\u00e9s non seulement en d\u00e9but de carri\u00e8re, mais aussi tout au long de leur carri\u00e8re. Ils veulent \u00e9galement se reconnaitre dans les valeurs de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. D\u2019o\u00f9 l\u2019importance d\u2019un manager qui porte et repr\u00e9sente ces valeurs.\u00a0\u00bb<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p>En tant que manager, trois attitudes sont \u00e0 bannir car difficilement acceptable par les candidats \u00e0 l\u2019emploi. 42,9% des interrog\u00e9(e)s ne se voit pas travailler avec un manager qui se montre intangible au changement, qui adopte un comportement conservateur. Cela peut se traduire par le fait d\u2019accepter difficilement les opinions et points de vue de son \u00e9quipe. Olivier Dufour : <em>\u00ab\u00a0La g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z red\u00e9finit les r\u00e8gles : l\u2019ouverture d\u2019esprit et au monde qui nous entoure, ainsi que la consid\u00e9ration pour chacun, sont d\u00e9sormais un must. Cette g\u00e9n\u00e9ration ma\u00eetrise le monde qui l\u2019entoure et ses technologies. Ayant un acc\u00e8s continu \u00e0 l\u2019information, elle est beaucoup plus expos\u00e9e \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents points de vue. D\u00e8s lors, les jeunes veulent voir cette pluralit\u00e9 d\u2019opinion et cette flexibilit\u00e9 d\u2019esprit chez leur manager.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> De plus, un manager qui ne d\u00e9finit pas d&rsquo;objectifs sp\u00e9cifiques et manque de comp\u00e9tences organisationnelles (37,7%) est la deuxi\u00e8me erreur point\u00e9e par l\u2019enqu\u00eate. Enfin, il est inacceptable pour 37,1% que leur manager se montre critique avec un membre de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe en \u00ab\u00a0public\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>La reconnaissance au travail, un aspect primordial du bien-\u00eatre au travail<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interrog\u00e9s sur la question de la reconnaissance au travail, 58,2% des candidats d\u00e9clarent que celle-ci se traduit par une extension des responsabilit\u00e9s, qui se traduisent par des promotions par exemple. Juste derri\u00e8re, ce sont les r\u00e9compenses financi\u00e8res, primes, incitations et augmentation de salaire (58,2%) qui permettent aux employ\u00e9s de se sentir revaloris\u00e9s au quotidien. Enfin, la prise en compte des opinions et suggestions li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019environnement de travail \u2013 non seulement l\u2019\u00e9coute, mais aussi la mise en \u0153uvre de celle-ci s\u2019av\u00e8re primordiale pour un employ\u00e9 sur deux.
