Une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e par le sp\u00e9cialiste du recrutement Robert Half r\u00e9v\u00e8le en effet que 67% des entreprises interrog\u00e9es versent un salaire plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 aux nouveaux employ\u00e9s qu&rsquo;au personnel existant occupant des postes similaires. 55% des managers concern\u00e9s pr\u00e9voient de combler la diff\u00e9rence de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration lors la prochaine vague d\u2019augmentation de salaire.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, les entreprises s&rsquo;efforcent activement de combler l&rsquo;\u00e9cart salarial entre les nouveaux talents et les employ\u00e9s actuels. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des managers interrog\u00e9s (55%) pr\u00e9voient d\u2019ailleurs de ramener les salaires du personnel existant au m\u00eame niveau lors de la prochaine vague d\u2019augmentation salariale. Un manager sur trois (33%) opte pour une action imm\u00e9diate et souhaite une \u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale sur-le-champ.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Attirer de nouveaux talents est une chose, mais il est tout aussi important de s&rsquo;assurer que les employ\u00e9s actuels se sentent valoris\u00e9s. Il est donc crucial que les employeurs \u00e9liminent tout \u00e9cart salarial et soient pr\u00e9par\u00e9s aux revendications des employ\u00e9s. Offrir une perspective salariale et un contexte suffisant est fondamental \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> d\u00e9clare Jo\u00ebl Poilvache, Directeur de Robert Half.<\/p>\n<p>La guerre des talents met une pression sur les \u00e9paules des entreprises qui se sentent de plus en plus oblig\u00e9es d&rsquo;offrir des salaires plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s \u00e0 leur personnel. Il est \u00e9galement de plus en plus difficile pour elles d\u2019offrir ces salaires \u00e9lev\u00e9s et de garder leurs employ\u00e9s actuels heureux. Le fait que les employ\u00e9s soient de plus en plus prompts \u00e0 parler de leur salaire est aussi un d\u00e9fi suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Des salaires plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s pour les nouveaux talents, une tendance qui n\u2019est pas seulement belge<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les chiffres europ\u00e9ens montrent qu\u2019accorder un salaire plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 pour les nouveaux employ\u00e9s n\u2019est pas une tendance uniquement locale. En Europe, un peu moins de 6 entreprises sur 10 (59%) versent un salaire plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 aux nouveaux employ\u00e9s occupant des postes similaires. Au niveau europ\u00e9en \u00e9galement, 55% des entreprises interrog\u00e9es ont l&rsquo;intention d&rsquo;ajuster les salaires des employ\u00e9s actuels lors de la prochaine vague d\u2019augmentation salariale. A l&rsquo;instar de l&rsquo;approche des entreprises belges, 34% des entreprises europ\u00e9ennes pr\u00e9voient \u00e9galement d&rsquo;augmenter imm\u00e9diatement les salaires.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0C&rsquo;est une tendance que nous observons depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es. Accorder un salaire plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 aux nouveaux employ\u00e9s est en partie une cons\u00e9quence de la guerre des talents, mais l&rsquo;inflation y est certainement aussi pour quelque chose.
