Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des r\u00e9pondants belges poss\u00e9dant des comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es ou rares pr\u00e9voient de demander une augmentation au cours de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e \u00e0 venir. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate a montr\u00e9 que les travailleurs s&rsquo;int\u00e9ressent particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 l&rsquo;impact de leur employeur sur l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie, le climat et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate r\u00e9v\u00e8le \u00e9galement les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences en mati\u00e8re de travail hybride, les strat\u00e9gies de r\u00e9tention et la valeur que les employ\u00e9s accordent \u00e0 la transparence et \u00e0 la responsabilisation.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>La guerre des talents continue de s&rsquo;intensifier<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En Belgique, 57 % des salari\u00e9s sont (\u00ab\u00a0tr\u00e8s\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0moyennement \u00ab\u00a0) satisfaits de leur travail. Pourtant, les employ\u00e9s poss\u00e9dant des comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es sont tr\u00e8s demand\u00e9s. Les donn\u00e9es montrent que ceux qui ont des comp\u00e9tences recherch\u00e9es sont plus susceptibles de se sentir satisfaits de leur travail (63% contre 56%) et de se sentir \u00e9cout\u00e9s par leurs managers (41% contre 24%). Ces travailleurs sont \u00e9galement plus susceptibles que l&rsquo;ensemble du groupe de demander une augmentation ou une promotion au cours de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e \u00e0 venir (49%).<\/p>\n<p>De m\u00eame, les p\u00e9nuries de comp\u00e9tences sont encore tr\u00e8s tangibles. Environ 22% des r\u00e9pondants belges (contre 29% au niveau mondial) d\u00e9clarent que leurs comp\u00e9tences sont en p\u00e9nurie sur leur march\u00e9 national. Pour gagner la guerre des talents, la r\u00e9compense financi\u00e8re est n\u00e9cessaire (70%), mais insuffisante. La possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00eatre authentique au travail (71%) et un travail \u00e9panouissant (68%) figurent parmi les trois principaux facteurs qui incitent les salari\u00e9s \u00e0 envisager un changement d&#8217;emploi. Les r\u00e9sultats appellent \u00e0 une approche plus globale des strat\u00e9gies de fid\u00e9lisation, combinant attentes salariales avec des aspects tels que la culture d\u2019entreprise et ses objectifs soci\u00e9taux.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Dans les objectifs soci\u00e9taux, la transparence est primordiale<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les salari\u00e9s veulent que les entreprises prennent position. Ils veulent notamment de la transparence sur les r\u00e9sultats de leur employeur en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (46%), d&rsquo;impact \u00e9conomique (47%), de diversit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;inclusion (46%), et d&rsquo;environnement et de climat (41%).<\/p>\n<p>Pourtant, il semble y avoir un d\u00e9calage entre l&rsquo;importance que les employ\u00e9s accordent \u00e0 la transparence de leur employeur et la confiance qu&rsquo;ils ont dans la transparence de leur employeur sur ces points, en particulier lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de prot\u00e9ger la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate sugg\u00e8re que les employeurs devront faire de la transparence une priorit\u00e9 essentielle afin de restaurer la confiance de leurs employ\u00e9s et, en d\u00e9finitive, de conserver leur atout le plus pr\u00e9cieux.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Travail hybride : rencontrer les employ\u00e9s \u00e0 mis chemin<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 l&rsquo;augmentation du nombre d&rsquo;options de travail \u00e0 distance et hybride, il reste un groupe important de travailleurs qui ne peuvent pas du tout travailler \u00e0 distance. Environ 52% de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon belge de salari\u00e9s interrog\u00e9s ne peuvent pas travailler \u00e0 distance, soit un peu plus que la moyenne mondiale de 45%. Ce groupe est beaucoup moins susceptible que les autres de dire que leur \u00e9quipe se pr\u00e9occupe de leur bien-\u00eatre (32%) et de penser qu&rsquo;ils sont r\u00e9compens\u00e9s \u00e9quitablement sur le plan financier (30%). Parmi ceux qui peuvent travailler \u00e0 distance, 70% des personnes interrog\u00e9es en Belgique (contre 55% au niveau mondial) travaillent actuellement de mani\u00e8re hybride et nous pouvons nous attendre \u00e0 ce que ce chiffre augmente. Parmi ceux qui travaillent \u00e0 distance \u00e0 plein temps, il y a une plus grande inqui\u00e9tude quant au fait d&rsquo;\u00eatre n\u00e9glig\u00e9 pour les opportunit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n<p>Axel Smits, Pr\u00e9sident de PwC Belgium r\u00e9agit : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Face aux d\u00e9fis de la num\u00e9risation et \u00e0 un environnement mondial en mutation rapide, nous avons l&rsquo;occasion de repenser l&rsquo;avenir du travail et de mieux reconstruire.
