Or, seule la moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux (44%) le souhaite. C&rsquo;est ce que r\u00e9v\u00e8le une nouvelle \u00e9tude de WTW, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de conseil internationale qui semble confirmer que gr\u00e2ce au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, pr\u00e8s de deux tiers des employ\u00e9s profitent d\u2019un meilleur \u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un tiers (30%) affirment qu&rsquo;ils pr\u00e9f\u00e9reraient travailler \u00e0 la maison tout le temps ou la plupart du temps, mais seuls 16% pensent que cela sera autoris\u00e9, tandis que 26% disent qu&rsquo;ils pr\u00e9f\u00e9reraient une r\u00e9partition \u00e9gale entre le bureau et la maison. Pr\u00e8s de deux tiers (64%) des travailleurs affirment que le travail \u00e0 domicile leur permet de mieux concilier vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par WTW aupr\u00e8s de 1020 travailleurs belges r\u00e9v\u00e8le un \u00e9norme changement dans les habitudes de travail : avant la pand\u00e9mie, 78% des travailleurs ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 travailler toujours ou la plupart du temps au bureau ou sur le site, et seulement 10% travaillaient toujours ou la plupart du temps \u00e0 la maison.<\/p>\n<p>Raymond Wammes, directeur Works, Rewards &amp; Careers chez WTW, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Le travail \u00e0 domicile se g\u00e9n\u00e9ralise, et le d\u00e9fi des employeurs sera de l&rsquo;organiser correctement. Dans ce march\u00e9 du travail difficile, les entreprises doivent comprendre ce que leur personnel souhaite et ce dont il a besoin si elles veulent attirer et retenir les meilleurs talents. De nos jours, la flexibilit\u00e9 du travail figure en bonne place sur la liste des souhaits. Les employ\u00e9s qui aspirent \u00e0 plus de flexibilit\u00e9 qu&rsquo;ils n&rsquo;en ont actuellement sont plus susceptibles de changer d&#8217;emploi, d&rsquo;\u00eatre moins performants ou de faire un burn-out.\u00a0\u00bb<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le travail \u00e0 domicile est devenu un facteur important sur un march\u00e9 du travail comp\u00e9titif. Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 (44%) de ceux qui souhaiteraient travailler \u00e0 distance mais n&rsquo;en ont pas la possibilit\u00e9 disent vouloir changer d&#8217;emploi. La flexibilit\u00e9 du travail est d\u00e9sormais le quatri\u00e8me facteur le plus important pour attirer les talents.<\/p>\n<p>Tout d\u00e9calage peut entra\u00eener des risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;engagement et aux performances des employ\u00e9s. Plus d&rsquo;un quart (28%) de ceux qui sont satisfaits de leur mode de travail disent ressentir des sympt\u00f4mes d&rsquo;\u00e9puisement, mais ce chiffre passe \u00e0 42% pour ceux qui souhaitent travailler davantage \u00e0 domicile.<\/p>\n<p>Le promoteur de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude ajoute : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Le travail \u00e0 distance pr\u00e9sente des avantages et des inconv\u00e9nients : certaines personnes sont satisfaites de la plus grande flexibilit\u00e9, mais d&rsquo;autres peuvent regretter l&rsquo;ambiance d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe du bureau. Les employeurs doivent soutenir leurs employ\u00e9s et trouver le bon \u00e9quilibre pour maximiser l&rsquo;engagement et le bien-\u00eatre.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude a \u00e9galement r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 certains inconv\u00e9nients du travail \u00e0 domicile. Un tiers (34%) pense que cela nuit \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9volution de leur carri\u00e8re, et ce chiffre passe \u00e0 55% chez la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z. La moiti\u00e9 (52%) d\u00e9clare que le fait de travailler \u00e0 distance les fait se sentir moins li\u00e9s \u00e0 leur \u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source : l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate 2022 \u00ab\u00a0Global Benefits Attitudes Survey\u00a0\u00bb est men\u00e9e tous les deux ans. L&rsquo;\u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en janvier 2022, et 35 549 employ\u00e9s dans 23 pays ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s, dont 1020 en Belgique.
