Un gros tiers des travailleurs se disent insatisfaits de la surveillance maladive de leurs sup\u00e9rieurs hi\u00e9rarchiques et de la relation de confiance. Cela \u00e9tant, 86 % des r\u00e9pondants qui affirment avoir des liens forts avec leur manager d\u00e9clarent qu&rsquo;ils contribuent tant \u00e0 leur productivit\u00e9 professionnelle qu&rsquo;\u00e0 leur plaisir ressenti au travail.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est ce qui ressort d&rsquo;une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e pour le compte de Tempo-Team, le prestataire de services RH, en collaboration avec la professeure docteure Anja Van den Broeck, experte en motivation du travail \u00e0 la KU Leuven. Les travailleurs qui entretiennent une relation saine et durable avec leurs dirigeants disent \u00eatre heureux (71%) et motiv\u00e9s (68%), \u00e9prouver du plaisir au travail (67%) et ressentir une productivit\u00e9 certaine (64%).<\/p>\n<p>Mais d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;\u00e9tude de Tempo-Team, la relation entre les travailleurs et leurs sup\u00e9rieurs est tr\u00e8s fragile. Pr\u00e8s de 1 sur 5 (19%) d\u00e9clare avoir moins confiance en son employeur depuis le d\u00e9but de la pand\u00e9mie et seulement une grosse moiti\u00e9 d&rsquo;entre eux (55%) se dit satisfaite du manager ou se r\u00e9jouit qu&rsquo;il se pr\u00e9occupe du bien-\u00eatre du personnel (56%). Assez \u00e9tonnamment, la relation de confiance avec l&#8217;employeur faiblit avec l&rsquo;anciennet\u00e9 des travailleurs : seulement 40 % de ceux qui sont dans la m\u00eame entreprise depuis plus de 10 ans d\u00e9clarent entretenir de bonnes relations avec leurs dirigeants, alors que les jeunes recrues sont 48% dans ce cas.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les employeurs surestiment leurs bonnes relations avec leur personnel<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On remarque que les employeurs ont tendance \u00e0 estimer trop positivement leurs relations avec leurs travailleurs, puisque ceux-ci s&rsquo;en disent un peu moins satisfaits (60 % vs 52 %). D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s cette enqu\u00eate, 80 % des patrons estiment \u00eatre pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s par le bien-\u00eatre des travailleurs et 62 % affirment entretenir des liens forts ; mais quand les deux m\u00eames questions sont pos\u00e9es au personnel, le taux d&rsquo;approbation d\u00e9gringole \u00e0 56 % en ce qui concerne le bien-\u00eatre et seulement 27% \u00e0 propos de la relation de confiance avec le patron\u2026<br \/>\n<em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous observons que les employeurs ont tendance \u00e0 ne voir que les bons c\u00f4t\u00e9s de leur relation avec le personnel. Ce qui, \u00e0 leurs yeux, semble \u00eatre une relation solide est plut\u00f4t per\u00e7ue comme superficielle par les salari\u00e9s et les agents de la fonction publique. Bref, il incombe maintenant aux employeurs de r\u00e9sorber cette fracture. C&rsquo;est pourquoi il est important pour eux de rester ouverts \u00e0 leur personnel. Une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape cruciale consiste, notamment, \u00e0 s&rsquo;entretenir avec eux de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9guli\u00e8re et de tendre une oreille attentive aux attentes de leurs collaborateurs\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> commente S\u00e9bastien Cosentino, porte-parole de Tempo-Team.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>L&rsquo;obsession de contr\u00f4le manag\u00e9riale finit par d\u00e9motiver<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quand ils sont interrog\u00e9s \u00e0 propos des qualit\u00e9s de coaching d&rsquo;un bon dirigeant, les travailleurs citent en premier lieu la qualit\u00e9 de la communication et la transparence (57%), la consid\u00e9ration (50%), l&rsquo;\u00e9coute et l&rsquo;honn\u00eatet\u00e9 (47%). H\u00e9las, ce sont, disent les salari\u00e9s et fonctionnaires, des qualit\u00e9s qui manquent souvent. Ainsi, pr\u00e8s de 1 r\u00e9pondant sur 3 d\u00e9clare que son sup\u00e9rieur hi\u00e9rarchique n&rsquo;estime pas son travail \u00e0 sa juste valeur (30%), qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;est pas attentif et r\u00e9actif quand il faut une aide pour l&rsquo;exercice des t\u00e2ches (40%) et encore moins en cas de probl\u00e8mes \u00e9motionnels (53%). Selon les travailleurs, il y a encore de s\u00e9rieuses marges pour am\u00e9liorer les relations et la confiance mutuelle avec le sup\u00e9rieur hi\u00e9rarchique. Ainsi, 1 travailleur sur 3 d\u00e9clare que ce dernier est encore beaucoup trop ax\u00e9 sur le contr\u00f4le \u2013 ce qui, d&rsquo;ailleurs, se confirme par la d\u00e9claration des employeurs eux-m\u00eames, qui sont 32% \u00e0 l&rsquo;avouer.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Ce n&rsquo;est pas par la manie du contr\u00f4le que l&rsquo;on am\u00e9liore les prestations du personnel. Au contraire, ceux qui font l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;une surveillance incessante et doivent justifier chacun de leurs actes finiront par se d\u00e9motiver et se contenter d&rsquo;ob\u00e9ir aux ordres. Pourtant, on voit encore trop de micromanagers, surtout dans le cadre actuel du travail hybride. Attention, se d\u00e9tacher des travailleurs ne signifie pas les abandonner \u00e0 leur sort ni s&rsquo;interdire toute supervision. Mais le dirigeant doit s&rsquo;efforcer de donner des directives de travail g\u00e9n\u00e9rales et d&rsquo;y associer soutien et humanit\u00e9. Dans ce contexte, fixer des accords clairs et tisser une relation de confiance mutuelle s&rsquo;av\u00e8re d&rsquo;une importance capitale pour garantir les performances professionnelles optimales des travailleurs, tout en accentuant leur plaisir ressenti au travail.
