C\u2019est ce qu&rsquo;indique un enqu\u00eate d&rsquo;OfficeTeam. 83% rencontrent des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 trouver du personnel qualifi\u00e9.<!--more--><\/div>\n<p>La majorit\u00e9 des responsables RH en Belgique (77%) continueront \u00e0 recruter de nouveaux collaborateurs au cours du prochain semestre, principalement pour pourvoir des postes devenus vacants. Pr\u00e8s de deux responsables RH sur trois (60%) pr\u00e9voient de recruter du personnel pour remplir des postes vacants au cours des six prochains mois. En outre, 17% des responsables RH pr\u00e9voient que de nouveaux postes seront cr\u00e9\u00e9s au sein de leur entreprise, un chiffre en hausse de 3% par rapport au premier semestre 2014 (14%). <\/p>\n<p>Maj Buyst, Directrice d\u2019OfficeTeam et d\u2019Accountemps, commente: \u00ab\u00a0Un sentiment d\u2019optimisme r\u00e8gne sur le march\u00e9, m\u00eame s\u2019il faut rester prudents. Non seulement les entreprises continuent de recruter, mais elles cr\u00e9ent \u00e9galement de nouveaux emplois. Cet optimisme s\u2019explique tr\u00e8s probablement par une vision plus positive des perspectives de croissance de l\u2019\u00e9conomie belge et de leur entreprise.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<h2>Optimistes quant \u00e0 l\u2019avenir<\/h2>\n<p>Les responsables RH ont \u00e9galement davantage confiance en l\u2019avenir. Aujourd\u2019hui, 71% des r\u00e9pondants d\u00e9clarent \u00eatre confiants quant au potentiel de croissance de l\u2019\u00e9conomie belge, alors que ce chiffre n\u2019\u00e9tait que de 55% au premier semestre de cette ann\u00e9e. Une tendance similaire se dessine en ce qui concerne la confiance dans les perspectives de croissance de leur entreprise : Aujourd\u2019hui, 80% des responsables RH sont confiants dans les perspectives de croissance de leur entreprise, un chiffre en progression de 11% par rapport au premier semestre 2014 (69%). <\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 ces perspectives de recrutement positives, 17% des responsables RH pr\u00e9voient ni de combler les postes vacants, ni d\u2019en cr\u00e9er de nouveaux. Signalons \u00e9galement que, par rapport au premier semestre 2014, davantage d\u2019emplois devraient \u00eatre supprim\u00e9s. \u00ab\u00a0Apr\u00e8s la crise, de nombreuses entreprises restent tr\u00e8s prudentes et le changement positif qu\u2019on peut observer ne concerne pas l\u2019ensemble des entreprises. Souvent, les entreprises essaient de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts salariaux fixes. Dans ce cadre, on recrute souvent des collaborateurs administratifs temporaires afin de pr\u00e9server la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise\u00a0\u00bb, constate Maj Buyst. <\/p>\n<h2>Deux priorit\u00e9s des responsables RH<\/h2>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, 83% des responsables RH consid\u00e8rent qu\u2019il est difficile de trouver des candidats qualifi\u00e9s qui r\u00e9pondent au profil recherch\u00e9, une tendance qui perdure en comparaison avec le premier semestre 2014 (85%). La situation est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement meilleure en Flandre (79%). Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une \u00e9volution importante par rapport au premier semestre 2014. En effet, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque, 91% des responsables RH en Flandre consid\u00e9raient que le recrutement de candidats qualifi\u00e9s r\u00e9pondant au profil recherch\u00e9 constituait un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9fi. Parmi les fonctions les plus difficiles \u00e0 pourvoir, notons les assistants RH (21%), les office managers (20%) et les collaborateurs administratifs aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019\u00e9quipe de vente (18%). <\/p>\n<p>Les responsables RH d\u00e9clarent \u00eatre moins pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s par le d\u00e9part \u00e9ventuel de collaborateurs de l\u2019entreprise. Aujourd\u2019hui, moins de 3 responsables RH sur 4 (72%) d\u00e9clarent \u00eatre inquiets quant au d\u00e9part de leurs meilleurs collaborateurs administratifs au cours des 12 prochains mois. Ceci repr\u00e9sente un chiffre en baisse de 5% par rapport au premier semestre 2014. \u00ab\u00a0Les entreprises \u00e0 la recherche de collaborateurs permanents placent souvent la barre trop haut. Elles sont \u00e0 la recherche de la personne qui pr\u00e9sente toutes les comp\u00e9tences demand\u00e9es. Une fois qu\u2019elles ont trouv\u00e9 le\/la candidat(e) id\u00e9al(e), ces entreprises ne veulent pas qu\u2019il\/elle aille par la suite travailler pour un concurrent.
