Ces quatre entreprises ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019unir leurs forces pour trouver et former ces profils rares. \u00c0 l\u2019initiative de la Ministre wallonne de l\u2019Emploi et de la Formation, Christie Morreale, plusieurs sessions d\u2019information sont planifi\u00e9es et trois formations \u00ab\u00a0Coup de poing p\u00e9nuries\u00a0\u00bb sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 programm\u00e9es par le Centre de comp\u00e9tence FOREM Polygone de l\u2019Eau. Au minimum 80% des personnes qui termineront avec succ\u00e8s la formation se verront proposer un CDI.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Plus de 40 m\u00e9tiers de la Construction font partie de la liste des m\u00e9tiers en p\u00e9nurie. Parmi ceux-ci, on retrouve celui de fontainier. Si on per\u00e7oit rapidement le r\u00f4le qu\u2019assure ce professionnel de l\u2019eau dans l\u2019univers de la Construction, ce m\u00e9tier reste trop peu connu du grand public. Encore aujourd\u2019hui, cette fonction n\u2019est pas enseign\u00e9e dans les \u00e9coles, mais s\u2019apprend au Centre de comp\u00e9tence FOREM Polygone de l\u2019Eau ou au contact de fontainiers dans les entreprises.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Un m\u00e9tier essentiel aux multiples facettes<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De mani\u00e8re principale, les fontainiers ont pour mission la pose du r\u00e9seau de distribution de l\u2019eau (eau potable) \u00e0 partir de la production (captage, station de potabilisation) et jusqu\u2019au compteur de l\u2019habitation (ou de l\u2019entreprise). Il intervient \u00e9galement pour la recherche et la r\u00e9paration de fuites. Ce m\u00e9tier est donc essentiel pour assurer le bon approvisionnement en eau de chaque Belge.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Quatre entreprises s\u2019associent pour former et recruter 66 fontainiers<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La SWDE, Wanty, Nonet et Tegec ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 une nouvelle fois de faire appel au Forem pour unir leurs forces afin de trouver et de former 66 fontainiers. Pour attirer les fontainiers de demain, cinq sessions d\u2019information et trois formations \u00ab\u00a0Coup de poing p\u00e9nuries\u00a0\u00bb sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 programm\u00e9es par le Centre de comp\u00e9tence FOREM Polygone de l\u2019Eau.<\/p>\n<p>Les formations \u00ab Coup de poing p\u00e9nuries \u00bb sont des formations sur-mesure, construites main dans la main avec l\u2019entreprise. Les personnes qui termineront avec succ\u00e8s leur formation auront au minimum 80% de chances de d\u00e9crocher un des CDI offerts. A l\u2019issue des derni\u00e8res formations \u00ab\u00a0Coup de poing p\u00e9nuries\u00a0\u00bb organis\u00e9es pour ces entreprises, pr\u00e8s de 100% des candidats qui avaient r\u00e9ussi la formation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 engag\u00e9s.<br \/>\nLes personnes int\u00e9ress\u00e9es par ce m\u00e9tier doivent s\u2019inscrire \u00e0 l\u2019une des sessions d\u2019information organis\u00e9es \u00e0 travers la Wallonie et passer avec succ\u00e8s des tests (en math\u00e9matique et fran\u00e7ais), un entretien de faisabilit\u00e9 ainsi qu\u2019une visite m\u00e9dicale. La motivation sera un \u00e9l\u00e9ment d\u00e9terminant ainsi que la possession du permis de conduire.<br \/>\nLes deux premi\u00e8res actions sont lanc\u00e9es d\u00e8s cet \u00e9t\u00e9. 40 candidats seront choisis pour d\u00e9couvrir le m\u00e9tier via la formation en centre et en entreprise. 20 d\u2019entre eux poursuivront la formation qualifiante qui se termine par une \u00e9preuve certifiante le 1er mars 2023. De nombreux candidats se sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 inscrits aux premi\u00e8res s\u00e9ances d\u2019information pr\u00e9vues fin juin et d\u00e9but juillet.<\/p>\n<p>Etant donn\u00e9 la difficult\u00e9 de trouver du personnel qualifi\u00e9 dans le secteur de la Construction, la SWDE, Wanty, Nonet et Tegec ambitionnent de reconduire cette collaboration avec le Forem et de multiplier cette association en fonction des profils recherch\u00e9s.
