La grande majorit\u00e9 des expatri\u00e9s sont \u00e9puis\u00e9s, stress\u00e9s et r\u00e9\u00e9valuent leurs priorit\u00e9s de vie et de travail pour plus de flexibilit\u00e9 ou pour se rapprocher de leur famille et de leurs amis.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le rapport publi\u00e9 aujourd&rsquo;hui, Burn Out Overseas \u2013 The State of Expat Life 2022, a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que 90 % des expatri\u00e9s sont stress\u00e9s et que 98 % pr\u00e9sentent des sympt\u00f4mes de burn-out, probablement en raison de leur sentiment de ne pas pouvoir se d\u00e9tacher de leur travail. Les expatri\u00e9s \u00e9prouvent un sentiment d&rsquo;isolement \u00e9crasant. 87 % d\u00e9clarent se sentir impuissants, pi\u00e9g\u00e9s ou abattus et 86 % d\u00e9clarent se sentir d\u00e9tach\u00e9s ou seuls. Par ailleurs, plus du tiers d&rsquo;entre eux (38 %) sont \u00e9galement pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s ou dans l&rsquo;incertitude vis \u00e0 vis de leur situation financi\u00e8re. Ces r\u00e9sultats s&rsquo;expliquent par un ensemble de facteurs li\u00e9s au mode de vie, aux opportunit\u00e9s et \u00e0 la culture du travail. L&rsquo;\u00e9tude a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que 73 % des expatri\u00e9s actuels et 75 % de ceux qui pr\u00e9voient de d\u00e9m\u00e9nager \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger au cours des deux prochaines ann\u00e9es ont pass\u00e9 plus de temps \u00e0 r\u00e9\u00e9valuer leurs priorit\u00e9s de vie depuis la pand\u00e9mie. Le mode de vie remplace maintenant l&rsquo;aspect financier comme priorit\u00e9 absolue pour ceux qui pr\u00e9voient de d\u00e9m\u00e9nager \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger.<\/p>\n<p>Jason Sadler, pr\u00e9sident de Cigna International Markets, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que les employeurs font face \u00e0 un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9fi pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ce changement de style de vie et repenser la proposition de valeur de l&rsquo;expatriation. \u00ab\u00a0<em>\u00c0 l&rsquo;avenir, les employeurs auront peut-\u00eatre d&rsquo;\u00e9normes difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 remplir des affectations \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger. Le style de vie excitant, gratifiant et mobile \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle mondiale qui r\u00e9sumait autrefois le \u00ab r\u00eave des expatri\u00e9s \u00bb a chang\u00e9. De plus en plus de gens accordent maintenant la priorit\u00e9 au mode de vie, \u00e0 la famille et aux amis lorsqu&rsquo;ils planifient un d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement.\u00a0\u00bb<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La sant\u00e9 est devenue une priorit\u00e9 pour tous les groupes : 23 % des expatri\u00e9s existants envisagent de d\u00e9m\u00e9nager pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 de meilleurs soins de sant\u00e9. Concilier travail et vie personnelle est \u00e9galement crucial : plus du quart des futurs expatri\u00e9s d\u00e9clarent que des horaires flexibles sont essentiels et 16 % veulent pouvoir travailler \u00e0 partir de n&rsquo;importe quel endroit dans le monde.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0\u00c0 partir de maintenant, il est probable que les organisations devront r\u00e9\u00e9valuer la fa\u00e7on dont elles structurent l&rsquo;affectation des expatri\u00e9s. Les besoins personnels et familiaux sont maintenant au premier plan de la prise de d\u00e9cisions, ce qui peut avoir une incidence sur les avantages que les expatri\u00e9s accordent \u00e0 la s\u00e9lection des postes\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> a ajout\u00e9 M. La grande majorit\u00e9 de ceux qui vivent en Europe et en Australie pensent rester \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger, mais on ne peut pas en dire autant de l&rsquo;Asie : seulement 5 % de ceux qui vivent en Inde et 16 % de ceux qui vivent en Chine continentale sont confiants dans l&rsquo;id\u00e9e qu&rsquo;ils vont rester.<\/p>\n<p>Les profils d&rsquo;\u00e2ge des expatri\u00e9s \u00e9voluent eux aussi, les employ\u00e9s de haut rang \u00e9tant d\u00e9sormais plus susceptibles de vouloir retourner ou rester dans leur pays d&rsquo;origine, tandis que le personnel plus jeune cherche \u00e0 d\u00e9m\u00e9nager \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger.
