Constant principal : c&rsquo;est le deuxi\u00e8me pilier de pension qui concentre pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des avantages extra l\u00e9gaux.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le 31 janvier 2020, le Comit\u00e9 de gestion de l&rsquo;ONSS d\u00e9cidait, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la d\u00e9claration des partenaires sociaux formul\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;occasion du 75e anniversaire de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale moderne, de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une \u00e9valuation annuelle des diff\u00e9rentes formes de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration alternative.<\/p>\n<p>Les avantages salariaux les plus fr\u00e9quemment accord\u00e9s en Belgique dans le secteur priv\u00e9 sont le deuxi\u00e8me pilier de pension (80%) et les titres-repas (70%), suivis des \u00e9co-ch\u00e8ques et de l\u2019intervention patronale dans les d\u00e9placements en voiture priv\u00e9e entre le domicile et le lieu de travail, qui concernent tous deux la moiti\u00e9 des travailleurs.<\/p>\n<p>Au total, la valeur de tous les avantages est estim\u00e9e \u00e0 10 milliards d&rsquo;euros, dont les plus importants sont le deuxi\u00e8me pilier de pension (environ 4,5 milliards d&rsquo;euros), les titres-repas (2,3 milliards d&rsquo;euros), les options sur actions (1,2 milliard d&rsquo;euros) et l&rsquo;usage priv\u00e9 d&rsquo;une voiture de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 (avantage en nature estim\u00e9 \u00e0 1 milliard d&rsquo;euros).<\/p>\n<p>Il n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 possible d\u2019inclure dans l\u2019\u00e9tude certaines avantages demand\u00e9es par le Comit\u00e9 de gestion de l&rsquo;ONSS. D&rsquo;une part, parce qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas possible de les extrapoler \u00e0 partir des donn\u00e9es de SD Worx (puisqu\u2019il s\u2019agit par exemple, d\u2019avantages qui ne sont pas, ou pas s\u00e9par\u00e9ment, mentionn\u00e9es sur la fiche de paie). D&rsquo;autre part, parce que le gouvernement ne dispose pas de suffisamment de donn\u00e9es d\u00e9taill\u00e9es. Il s\u2019agit de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>l\u2019assurance hospitalisation<\/li>\n<li>le remboursement de l&rsquo;\u00e9pargne-pension individuelle<\/li>\n<li>la prime syndicale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source : les chiffres de 11 de ces avantages proviennent de SD Worx.
