Formation, recrutement, mobilit\u00e9, packages de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration\u2026 Aucun process RH n\u2019\u00e9chappe \u00e0 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de montrer son implication environnementale. Le signe d\u2019une prise de conscience tardive? La r\u00e9ponse concr\u00e8te \u00e0 cette fameuse qu\u00eate de sens exprim\u00e9e par les travailleurs? <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Personne ne peut s\u2019en plaindre mais interrogeons-nous quant \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re de concilier le respect de la plan\u00e8te avec les besoins r\u00e9els de nos collaborateurs. Car il y a un risque r\u00e9el de tomber dans le pi\u00e8ge de la s\u00e9duction \u00e0 tout prix d\u2019une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration qui entre sur le march\u00e9 du travail avec des attentes bien plus complexes que la \u2018simple&rsquo; pr\u00e9servation de l\u2019environnement et des ressources naturelles.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Premier axe de r\u00e9flexion: les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations.<\/strong><\/em> Nous ne pouvons pas nier qu&rsquo;il y a un appel g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, un mouvement de fond qui veut provoquer une meilleure prise en compte des crit\u00e8res environnementaux dans nos choix quotidiens et dans nos comportements professionnels.<br \/>\nLes fameux &lsquo;Z&rsquo; qui entrent sur le march\u00e9 du travail ont des attentes beaucoup plus complexes. Elles\/ils pr\u00f4nent une gestion des ressources inscrite dans la dur\u00e9e et cultivent une terrible impatience en m\u00eame temps. Cette g\u00e9n\u00e9ration manifeste pour l&rsquo;environnement et consomme de mani\u00e8re effr\u00e9n\u00e9e. Sans percevoir la contradiction?<br \/>\nPas du tout ! En assumant pleinement les paradoxes qui rythment sa r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<br \/>\nAttention toutefois, ce serait faire un mauvais proc\u00e8s aux g\u00e9n\u00e9rations pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes que de les pointer du doigt pour avoir pi\u00e9tin\u00e9 les principes de la gestion prudente des ressources naturelles et les rendre responsable de tous nos maux. Comme nous le savons, opposer les tranches d&rsquo;\u00e2ge ne g\u00e9n\u00e8re rien de bon.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Deuxi\u00e8me axe, celui de la d\u00e9croissance.<\/strong><\/em> La notion elle-m\u00eame est en contradiction \u00e9vidente avec la qu\u00eate de ce foutu taux d\u2019emploi de 80% qui ne peut \u00eatre atteint que par le biais d\u2019une intensification de l\u2019activit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique. Ceci \u00e9quivaut-il \u00e0 la condamnation du d\u00e9veloppement durable parmi les th\u00e9matiques cl\u00e9s en People Management aujourd\u2019hui? Certainement pas\u2026 Nous savons que les emplois verts ne compenseront pas les jobs qui seraient perdus par une approche raisonnable de la consommation. R\u00e9pondre aux attentes des travailleurs sur le plan RH par le biais de la d\u00e9croissance peut sembler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement contre-intuitif. Et pourtant&#8230; Simplifier la complexit\u00e9 de nos organisations, les couches et sur-couches de proc\u00e9dures, l&#8217;empilement des m\u00e9thodes pourrait \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une tentative vertueuse sur ce terrain. On tente le coup ?<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Troisi\u00e8me axe enfin, le repositionnement de l&rsquo;humain au centre de la d\u00e9cision<\/em><\/strong>. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;arl\u00e9sienne, nous sommes bien d&rsquo;accord. Nous devons continuer de nous interroger quant aux r\u00e9flexes quasi pavloviens qui nous en emp\u00eachent&#8230; Chaque jour, dans les groupes multinationaux comme dans les start-ups, malgr\u00e9 la prise de conscience g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e, les dimensions op\u00e9rationnelle, financi\u00e8re et technologique prennent le pas sur l&rsquo;humain lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de prendre des d\u00e9cisions importantes. Tout change et rien ne change donc&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;articulation entre RH et d\u00e9veloppement durable n&rsquo;est certes pas une \u00e9vidence \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure o\u00f9 nous nous lisons. Elle peut convaincre aujourd&rsquo;hui nombre de travailleurs \u00e0 s&rsquo;engager voire \u00e0 se remobiliser. Mais elle ne peut souffrir d&rsquo;\u00eatre utilis\u00e9e comme un alibi, au risque de d\u00e9cevoir &#8211; durablement &#8211; celles et ceux qui auront cru au mirage.
