Le fait qu\u2019un tel accord existe \u00e0 nouveau est une bonne chose. Le pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent datait de 2016. La CSC se d\u00e9clare satisfaite des avanc\u00e9es que repr\u00e9sente cet accord.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour le syndicat, une s\u00e9rie de points urgents sont ainsi r\u00e9gl\u00e9s pour 600.000 travailleurs int\u00e9rimaires. De nombreux dossiers importants restent toutefois sur la table de la concertation sociale dans le secteur.<br \/>\n<em>\u00ab\u00a0La CSC veut qu\u2019un accord soit conclu rapidement sur la limitation des contrats journaliers successifs. Des n\u00e9gociations sont en cours \u00e0 ce sujet au Conseil national du Travail. Il faut, par ailleurs, am\u00e9liorer l\u2019application de toutes les r\u00e8gles existantes en mati\u00e8re de travail int\u00e9rimaire.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les principales d\u00e9cisions de ce projet d\u2019accord pour le secteur int\u00e9rimaire sont les suivantes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En cas de maladie du travailleur int\u00e9rimaire, le d\u00e9lai pour introduire un certificat m\u00e9dical ne peut pas \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 deux jours. Actuellement, certaines entreprises de travail int\u00e9rimaire ont fix\u00e9 ce d\u00e9lai \u00e0 un seul jour, ce qui laisse 24 heures \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rimaire pour se rendre chez le m\u00e9decin et envoyer son certificat. C\u2019est l\u00e0 une pure mesure de harc\u00e8lement pour \u00e9viter de devoir payer un salaire garanti.<\/li>\n<li>Une indemnit\u00e9 v\u00e9lo de 0,25 euro \/km pour les int\u00e9rimaires qui travaillent dans un secteur o\u00f9 il n\u2019existe pas d\u2019accord sur une indemnit\u00e9 v\u00e9lo, pour une distance allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 25 km\/jour. Pour les int\u00e9rimaires qui travaillent dans un secteur o\u00f9 un tel accord existe, ce sont les dispositions sectorielles qui s\u2019appliquent.<\/li>\n<li>Indexation de 8% de l\u2019intervention pour les d\u00e9placements domicile-lieu de travail avec sa propre voiture ou moto, pour les int\u00e9rimaires qui ne peuvent pas b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du r\u00e9gime du secteur dans lequel ils travaillent.<\/li>\n<li>Droit \u00e0 l\u2019assurance hospitalisation pour les int\u00e9rimaires qui travaillent dans une entreprise o\u00f9 le personnel fixe a droit \u00e0 une assurance hospitalisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La CSC entame d\u00e8s maintenant la consultation interne sur ce projet d\u2019accord.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un projet d\u2019accord sectoriel a \u00e9t\u00e9 conclu aujourd\u2019hui au sein de la commission paritaire pour le travail int\u00e9rimaire.
