Et de revenir au boulot apr\u00e8s quelques semaines de repos avec le moral \u00e0 z\u00e9ro ou avec une envie irr\u00e9pressible de changer d\u2019air. Nos entreprises (et nos d\u00e9partements RH en premi\u00e8re ligne!) peuvent-elles anticiper cela? En proposant de nouvelles missions, en d\u00e9veloppant des projets innovants, en r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 de nouvelles attentes sur le plan de l\u2019organisation\u2026?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Bien entendu, nous pouvons \u2018pr\u00e9venir\u2019 de nombreuses mani\u00e8res cette perte de motivation qui surgit de nulle part pendant que les unes et les autres profitent de quelques semaines d\u2019un repos bien m\u00e9rit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Car, au fond, ce n\u2019est pas l\u2019attrait fulgurant de la pratique intensive de la permaculture (\u00e0 titre d\u2019exemple tout simplement\u2026 n\u2019y voyez aucun jugement anti-bobo n\u00e9orural) qui vient interrompre le projet professionnel de nos coll\u00e8gues de bureau ou d&rsquo;atelier. Rien de tel. Si les travailleurs sont de plus en plus nombreux \u00e0 opter pour une vie diff\u00e9rente, c\u2019est avant tout par<strong><em> rejet du caract\u00e8re souvent absurde des t\u00e2ches<\/em><\/strong> qui leur sont demand\u00e9es ou des proc\u00e9dures qu\u2019ils\/elles sont contraint.e.s d\u2019observer. Premier rem\u00e8de donc: \u00e0 nous d\u00e8s lors de simplifier voire de mettre simplement un peu de bon sens dans la fa\u00e7on dont nos entreprises sont organis\u00e9es et dans ce qu\u2019elles attendent de chacun.e d\u2019entre nous.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, il est frappant aujourd\u2019hui d\u2019entendre un nombre sans cesse croissant de travailleurs amen\u00e9s \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre qu\u2019ils ne produisent essentiellement que <strong><em>du travail de pi\u00e8tre qualit\u00e9.<\/em><\/strong> Superficiel, peu document\u00e9, b\u00e2cl\u00e9, faible dans l\u2019argumentation\u2026 Notre travail souffre malheureusement souvent de conditions d\u2019exercice d\u00e9plorables. Nous ne parvenons que rarement \u00e0 concilier vitesse d\u2019ex\u00e9cution et profondeur d\u2019analyse. Bref, pour le dire platement, il est de plus en plus fr\u00e9quent que ce que nous produisions ne satisfasse personne, \u00e0 commencer par nous-m\u00eames. Difficile dans ces conditions de conserver tant la motivation que l\u2019estime de soi. Comment y rem\u00e9dier? A nouveau, en \u00e9liminant les t\u00e2ches superflues (reporting et r\u00e9unions inutiles par exemple) pour nous concentrer sur des missions limit\u00e9es, approfondies et directement valoris\u00e9es par nos pairs.<\/p>\n<p>Et enfin &#8211; comme il reste important de cl\u00f4turer nos \u00e9changes sur une note positive &#8211; il faut comprendre que dans chaque envie d\u2019ailleurs se manifeste <strong><em>une volont\u00e9 visant \u00e0 vouloir le meilleur.<\/em> <\/strong>Il y a une part de nous qui ne peut se r\u00e9soudre ni \u00e0 la m\u00e9diocrit\u00e9 ni \u00e0 l\u2019abandon. Manifester un besoin de changement, y compris en affichant clairement une perte de motivation, peut aussi \u00eatre vu sous un angle positif. Il faut pour cela que nos organisations offrent des opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019exercer son art d\u2019une fa\u00e7on diff\u00e9rente, qu\u2019elles permettent d\u2019entrer dans un cycle d\u2019innovation lorsque l\u2019\u00e9nergie ne demande qu\u2019\u00e0 s\u2019exprimer.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un monde id\u00e9al, nous devrions anticiper tout cela et intervenir bien avant que les vacances ne viennent tout remettre en question.
