Et 42 % pr\u00e9voient m\u00eame d\u2019engager du personnel suppl\u00e9mentaire au cours du second semestre de cette ann\u00e9e. Toutefois, cela constituera un d\u00e9fi pour les petites et moyennes entreprises : 82 % des PME d\u00e9clarent qu\u2019il devient difficile, voire tr\u00e8s difficile, de trouver le personnel ad\u00e9quat en raison de la p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est ce que r\u00e9v\u00e8le le barom\u00e8tre semestriel de l\u2019emploi des PME r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par le prestataire de services RH Acerta et les organisations entrepreneuriales ETION et VKW Limburg, qui ont interrog\u00e9 plus de 500 PME belges.<br \/>\nLes PME se montrent positives concernant l\u2019\u00e9conomie, malgr\u00e9 les craintes de r\u00e9cession<\/p>\n<p>Forte de plus d\u2019un million de petites et moyennes entreprises actives, la Belgique est et reste un pays de PME. Afin de mesurer la confiance de ces entreprises, Acerta, ETION et VKW Limburg sondent depuis 2021 diff\u00e9rents param\u00e8tres \u00e9conomiques, dont les primes \u00e0 l\u2019embauche et l\u2019impact de la p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre sur les PME. Malgr\u00e9 la crainte croissante d\u2019une r\u00e9cession \u00e9conomique, le pouls des PME ne faiblit pas : un employeur de PME sur trois (31 %) porte un regard positif sur l\u2019avenir \u00e9conomique et la moiti\u00e9 (54 %) n\u2019est ni plus positive ni plus n\u00e9gative qu\u2019en novembre 2021. Seuls 14 % (soit 2 % de moins qu\u2019en novembre 2021) ont une vision plut\u00f4t n\u00e9gative de l\u2019avenir \u00e9conomique proche.<\/p>\n<p>Beno\u00eet Caufriez, expert en d\u00e9veloppement des talents : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Les deux premi\u00e8res \u00e9ditions de notre barom\u00e8tre de l\u2019emploi des PME ont eu lieu en pleine crise du coronavirus en 2021. Cette troisi\u00e8me \u00e9dition s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e dans une p\u00e9riode d\u2019instabilit\u00e9 g\u00e9opolitique, d\u2019inflation et de craintes de r\u00e9cession. Malgr\u00e9 tout, les attentes et les projets des PME n\u2019ont pas beaucoup chang\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, ni sur le plan \u00e9conomique, ni sur celui des embauches et de la p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre. En soi, c\u2019est une bonne nouvelle.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les PME un peu plus prudentes en mati\u00e8re d\u2019embauches<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les projets de recrutement des PME ne refl\u00e8tent pas non plus de pessimisme. Des embauches suppl\u00e9mentaires sont-elles pr\u00e9vues dans les six prochains mois ? Une nouvelle fois, 42 % des PME ont r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 cette question par un \u00ab oui \u00bb convaincant. Il s\u2019agit toutefois d\u2019une l\u00e9g\u00e8re baisse par rapport \u00e0 fin 2021 (45 % \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0) et mai 2021 (46 %). Par ailleurs, 37 % d\u00e9clarent qu\u2019elles ne recruteront pas de personnel suppl\u00e9mentaire dans les six mois \u00e0 venir. Un peu plus de PME qu\u2019en 2021 font preuve de prudence : 22 % ne peuvent pas encore dire s\u2019ils engageront ou non, contre 17 % fin 2021.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>La p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre se poursuit<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de la p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre n\u2019a pas chang\u00e9 non plus. Quatre-vingt-deux pour cent des employeurs de PME affirment qu\u2019il devient difficile, voire tr\u00e8s difficile, de trouver du personnel ad\u00e9quat. Ce taux reste \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s identique \u00e0 celui de l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Seuls 4 % osent maintenant supposer qu\u2019il deviendra (tr\u00e8s) facile de trouver les bons travailleurs, alors qu\u2019il s\u2019agissait encore de 11 % il y a un an.<\/p>\n<p>Une derni\u00e8re conclusion du barom\u00e8tre de l\u2019emploi des PME : les PME sont nettement plus nombreuses \u00e0 avoir constat\u00e9 un changement dans la rotation du personnel au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e. En effet, 22 % ont vu plus de d\u00e9parts au cours des six derniers mois, tandis que 14 % ont observ\u00e9 moins de rotation. Le taux d\u2019employeurs qui ne voient aucun changement a clairement diminu\u00e9 : de 70 % \u00e0 64 %.<\/p>\n<p>Beno\u00eet Caufriez, expert en d\u00e9veloppement des talents chez Acerta Consult : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Chaque ann\u00e9e, la rotation ou l\u2019intention de rotation \u00e9volue vers un pic apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 : les vacances constituent une p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9flexion et les travailleurs en reviennent avec certains projets.
