Peu probable selon nous. Il y a plus que la sensation de \u2018d\u00e9calage\u2019 qui pourrait exister si l\u2019un d\u2019entre nous promenait son bonheur et son \u00e9panouissement alors que ses coll\u00e8gues tra\u00eenent dans un champ de ruines \u00e9motionnelles. Il y a en effet le besoin puissant de nourrir notre propre bien-\u00eatre de celui de celles et ceux qui nous entourent. La bonne sant\u00e9, mentale et physique, de nos organisations, est avant tout un enjeu collectif qui doit \u00eatre appr\u00e9hend\u00e9 et g\u00e9r\u00e9 comme tel.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit certainement de la pr\u00e9occupation majeure de nos organisations: r\u00e9ussir aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 fournir \u00e0 nos collaborateurs des sensations de confort, voire de plaisir, n\u2019est pas franchement \u00e9vident. L\u2019environnement dans lequel nous \u00e9voluons est dur, voire tr\u00e8s dur. Les menaces sont nombreuses et nous touchent dans des fondamentaux tels que la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 (cfr le pouvoir d\u2018achat), la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (cfr la violence quotidienne), la survie (cfr la pand\u00e9mie)\u2026 L\u2019entreprise doit-elle d\u00e8s lors devenir un refuge? C\u2019est sans doute un r\u00f4le \u2019sur-dimensionn\u00e9\u2019 pour la plupart de nos organisations qui n\u2019ont pas forc\u00e9ment les moyens d\u2019offrir ce cadre rassurant voire protecteur. Nous n\u2019allons pas revenir vers le mod\u00e8le de l\u2019entreprise paternaliste mais il est clair qu\u2019il y a un r\u00f4le \u00e0 jouer en mati\u00e8re de soutien de chacune et de chacun dans la r\u00e9alisation des ses aspirations profondes.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Des travailleurs de moins en moins r\u00e9sistants&#8230;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00cates-vous frapp\u00e9s vous aussi par la faible capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019effort dont les travailleurs font preuve aujourd\u2019hui? Nous ne sommes pas experts en sant\u00e9 publique. Mais nous voyons tout de m\u00eame \u00e0 quel point les travailleurs aujourd\u2019hui ont besoin de temps de repos et d\u2019une aide en mati\u00e8re de gestion de leurs \u00e9nergies. La question du bien-\u00eatre au travail n\u2019est plus uniquement une question de r\u00e9sistance ou de r\u00e9silience individuelle.<br \/>\nPartageons ici une vraie interrogation sur les formules de travail hybride, et sur la flexibilit\u00e9 qu\u2019elles supposent\u2026 Partant du principe que les solutions miracles n\u2019existent pas (ou rarement en tout cas), nous pouvons nous demander si le gain en qualit\u00e9 de vie et en am\u00e9nagement des sph\u00e8res priv\u00e9e et professionnelle ne s\u2019accompagne pas d&rsquo;une charge mentale suppl\u00e9mentaire, g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par l\u2019adaptation quotidienne \u00e0 un environnement de travail qui change\u2026 L\u2019instabilit\u00e9 \u2018voulue\u2019 du cadre de travail devrait avoir un impact n\u00e9gatif sur notre ancrage dans la bo\u00eete mais aussi dans le collectif. Cela nous semble \u00e9vident mais il faudra prochainement veiller \u00e0 \u00e9tayer cette intuition \u00e0 l\u2019aide de quelques recherches valides.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Pourquoi le collectif donc?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il nous faut donc une approche \u2018diff\u00e9rente\u2019 en mati\u00e8re de bien-\u00eatre. Parce que la question est sociale. L\u2019\u00e9panouissement des collaborateurs est partag\u00e9 ou il n\u2019est simplement pas. Cela ne veut pas dire que nous devons tout arr\u00eater en ce qui concerne l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des situations individuelles. Cela fait partie du job, sans l\u2019ombre d\u2019un doute. Mais nous devons, au niveau de toutes les couches de management, compl\u00e9ter le soin apport\u00e9 aux probl\u00e9matiques individuelles par une dimension collective d\u00e8s qu\u2019il s\u2019agit du bien-\u00eatre des personnes. Parce qu\u2019il est impossible d\u2019\u00eatre \u2018heureux\u2019 seul dans son coin.
