C\u2019est la principale conclusion d\u2019une nouvelle \u00e9tude men\u00e9e par GoodHabitz, un sp\u00e9cialiste de l\u2019apprentissage en ligne et du d\u00e9veloppement personnel. En collaboration avec le bureau d\u2019\u00e9tudes Markteffect, l\u2019entreprise a sond\u00e9 13 000 employ\u00e9s de 13 pays diff\u00e9rents (dont 1 044 Belges) sur la perception de la diversit\u00e9 et de l\u2019inclusion au travail.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a067 %, c\u2019est la preuve que les entreprises ont encore du pain sur la planche dans ce domaine\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> explique Max Winter, sales manager Benelux chez GoodHabitz. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Notre \u00e9tude montre aussi qu\u2019exactement la m\u00eame proportion de salari\u00e9s (67 %) trouve important de travailler dans une organisation qui valorise la diversit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion. Lorsque nous sondons l\u2019opinion des employeurs \u00e0 ce sujet, nous constatons que seuls 61 % des d\u00e9cideurs belges d\u00e9clarent s\u2019efforcer de mettre en place une politique de diversit\u00e9 et d\u2019inclusion. Ce r\u00e9sultat n\u2019est pas mirobolant, surtout lorsqu\u2019on sait l\u2019impact positif de l\u2019inclusion sur le bien-\u00eatre et donc les performances des employ\u00e9s. En outre, les entreprises qui ne s\u2019impliquent pas ne r\u00e9alisent pas leur potentiel en tant que moteurs d\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 plus largement inclusive. \u00ab\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Des am\u00e9liorations sont possibles<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans la pratique, comment les employ\u00e9s vivent-ils aujourd\u2019hui certains sujets d\u2019inclusion ? L\u2019\u00e9tude r\u00e9v\u00e8le que 60 % des employ\u00e9s se sentent capables de parler ouvertement des diff\u00e9rences culturelles avec leurs coll\u00e8gues ou leur direction, contre 14 % qui ne le font pas (34% ont r\u00e9pondu \u00ab neutre \u00bb). L\u2019orientation sexuelle d\u00e9croche \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s le m\u00eame score (64 % estiment qu\u2019elle peut \u00eatre discut\u00e9e), avec le constat suppl\u00e9mentaire que la Belgique est tr\u00e8s en retard par rapport \u00e0 des pays comme les Pays-Bas ou le Danemark (avec respectivement 73 % et 80 % de r\u00e9ponses positives). <em>\u00ab\u00a0Dommage\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> d\u00e9clare Max Winter, <em>\u00ab\u00a0car la diversit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion sont des concepts complexes et c\u2019est exactement pour cette raison qu\u2019il est tellement important qu\u2019on puisse en discuter, y compris sur le lieu de travail.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019on leur demande si leurs managers acceptent la diversit\u00e9 des cultures et des origines ethniques, 68% des employ\u00e9s belges r\u00e9pondent positivement, 33% de mani\u00e8re neutre et 9% n\u00e9gativement. Le Danemark est en t\u00eate \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard (avec 79% de r\u00e9ponses positives) et les pays qui comptent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus de migrants (notamment l\u2019Espagne, l\u2019Allemagne et le Royaume-Uni) obtiennent aussi un score relativement \u00e9lev\u00e9. En outre, 65% des employ\u00e9s estiment \u00eatre trait\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re \u00e9gale sur le lieu de travail, ind\u00e9pendamment de leur \u00e2ge, leur sexe, leur origine ou la couleur de leur peau. 14% subissent encore des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Une communication ouverte et une bonne politique sont les cl\u00e9s pour vraiment int\u00e9grer l\u2019inclusion \u00e0 la culture d\u2019entreprise.
