L\u2019id\u00e9e simple \u00e0 l\u2019origine de ces quelques lignes reste la m\u00eame, semaine apr\u00e8s semaine: regarder en face les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s parfois difficiles du monde du travail pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir et proposer ensemble des voies de progr\u00e8s, de saines ambitions et parfois un espoir fou\u2026 Que voyons-nous? D\u2019une part, une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration \u00e9mergente de jeunes femmes (tr\u00e8s) volontaires, voire farouchement d\u00e9termin\u00e9es \u00e0 bouleverser le cours normal des \u00e9v\u00e9nements, et d\u2019autre part, des structures de d\u00e9cision et de gouvernance sacr\u00e9ment patriarcales malgr\u00e9 la lutte continue contre les discriminations. C\u2019est quoi ce bug? Que nous manque-t-il pour mettre un peu de coh\u00e9rence dans tout \u00e7a?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>Trois arguments &#8211; r\u00e9alistes et inspirant &#8211; devraient s\u2019imposer \u00e0 nous pour comprendre que l\u2019avenir du travail sera forc\u00e9ment f\u00e9minin (et non f\u00e9ministe). Quels sont-ils ?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>En premier lieu, le nombre, tout simplement !<\/em><\/strong> Le march\u00e9 du travail a besoin de tout le monde. La sur-repr\u00e9sentation masculine est condamn\u00e9e. Il sera num\u00e9riquement impossible d\u2019atteindre les objectifs affich\u00e9s en terme de taux d\u2019emploi sans mobiliser toutes les ressources et mesdames, vous \u00eates majoritaires. Tout le monde le sait. Qu\u2019attendons-nous?<\/p>\n<p>En deuxi\u00e8me lieu, reconnaissons ensemble que <strong><em>la transformation du travail<\/em> <\/strong>dans son ensemble doit\/peut favoriser la mixit\u00e9 syst\u00e9matique pour toutes les fonctions, sans exception ou presque. Cela va bien au-del\u00e0 de la mont\u00e9e en puissance des m\u00e9tiers dits du \u2018Care\u2019 que l\u2019on associe de mani\u00e8re beaucoup trop automatique \u00e0 des effectifs f\u00e9minins. Lorsque nous \u00e9voquons la transformation du travail, nous \u00e9voquons davantage la diminution globale de la p\u00e9nibilit\u00e9 des t\u00e2ches, la digitalisation et l\u2019automatisation qui ouvrent de facto l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 tous les m\u00e9tiers \u00e0 tous les travailleurs, sans consid\u00e9ration de genre. Le crit\u00e8re discriminant de demain sera la bonne sant\u00e9 mentale, et non plus la force physique dans la mesure o\u00f9 nos outils de travail permettront \u00e0 chacune et chacun de remplir des t\u00e2ches identiques.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, en troisi\u00e8me lieu donc, nous voulons relever que <strong><em>la mani\u00e8re dont nous prenons les d\u00e9cisions<\/em> <\/strong>au quotidien devrait soutenir durablement le principe d\u00e9finitif d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les genres. Attention, th\u00e8me sensible et sujet \u00e0 la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation h\u00e2tive\u2026 Chaque jour, nous pouvons constater que les processus de prise de d\u00e9cision ne sont plus seulement rationnels\u2026 Le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne n\u2019est pas neuf. Ce qui \u00e9merge toutefois, c\u2019est l\u2019importance pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rante de la dimension \u2018relationnelle\u2019. Elle ne remplace pas la dimension \u2018pragmatique\u2019. Elle la compl\u00e8te. La qualit\u00e9 de la relation devient aussi d\u00e9terminante que la qualit\u00e9 de la prestation, ce qui n\u2019est pas pour nous d\u00e9plaire d\u00e8s lors que nous \u00e9voluons dans les sph\u00e8res du People Management. Le r\u00e8gne des soft skills est arriv\u00e9 depuis quelque temps d\u00e9j\u00e0. Et, tant pis pour les clich\u00e9s, mais il nous semble que nous pourrions nous accorder sur une ma\u00eetrise globalement meilleure de ces \u2018comp\u00e9tences\u2019 dans le chef de nos filles, de nos soeurs, de nos m\u00e8res\u2026<\/p>\n<p><em>Comment agir donc pour r\u00e9pondre au besoin r\u00e9current de plus de femmes dans les fili\u00e8res masculines (oui, c\u2019est par exemple l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie et l\u2019IT que nous pointons du doigt ici !)? <\/em><\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019\u00e9chelle de la communaut\u00e9 des praticiens RH, il serait utile de d\u00e9velopper un \u2018storytelling\u2019 toujours plus inclusif et surtout authentique (ce qui passe entre autres par regarder les chiffres en face, \u00e0 commencer par ceux qui concernent les salaires)!<\/p>\n<p>Il est n\u00e9cessaire de valoriser les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes o\u00f9 la pr\u00e9sence f\u00e9minine en masse d\u00e9livre des r\u00e9sultats remarquables et de soutenir davantage les profils qui travaillent concr\u00e8tement \u00e0 la pratique g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse de la sororit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Il est indispensable enfin que nous \u00e9duquions nos gar\u00e7ons \u00e0 comprendre d\u00e8s le plus jeune \u00e2ge que les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s subsistent et qu\u2019elles deviennent, au fur et \u00e0 mesure que le monde du travail \u00e9volue, de plus en plus intol\u00e9rables.<\/p>\n<p>Jean-Paul Erhard<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A proprement parler, ceci n\u2019est pas un \u00e9ditorial positivement f\u00e9ministe.
