C&rsquo;est ce que r\u00e9v\u00e8le une nouvelle \u00e9tude de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de conseil WTW. En Belgique, 421 entreprises ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate annuelle sur les salaires.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le dernier rapport de planification budg\u00e9taire des salaires de WTW montre que la croissance des salaires est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 l&rsquo;augmentation moyenne de 5,2% en 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises belges sont sous pression pour faire plus sur les salaires. Quatre entreprises sur dix (38%) d\u00e9clarent que leur budget salarial est d\u00e9sormais sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles avaient pr\u00e9vu. Et 32% disent qu&rsquo;ils ont revu les salaires plus souvent ou vont le faire ; 94% d&rsquo;entre eux revoient les salaires deux fois par an ou vont le faire.<\/p>\n<p>Trois raisons principales expliquent l&rsquo;augmentation des budgets salariaux : 57% des employeurs s&rsquo;inqui\u00e8tent des p\u00e9nuries du march\u00e9 du travail, 57% craignent l&rsquo;inflation et 40% disent devoir r\u00e9pondre aux attentes et aux pr\u00e9occupations de leurs employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Edwin Nys, consultant chez WTW Belgium, d\u00e9clare : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Alors que les augmentations de salaire sont actuellement d\u00e9pass\u00e9es par l&rsquo;inflation, les employeurs cherchent d&rsquo;autres moyens de fid\u00e9liser leurs employ\u00e9s, comme l&rsquo;accent mis sur le bien-\u00eatre. Dans l&rsquo;environnement dynamique d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui, il est imp\u00e9ratif que les organisations aient une strat\u00e9gie de r\u00e9compense claire et une compr\u00e9hension de leur propre positionnement concurrentiel en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9compense.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Alors que la \u00ab\u00a0grande d\u00e9mission\u00a0\u00bb se poursuit, attirer et retenir les talents est devenu un v\u00e9ritable casse-t\u00eate pour les employeurs. Le pourcentage d&rsquo;entreprises belges qui peinent \u00e0 attirer des talents est pass\u00e9 de 29% en 2020 \u00e0 92% cette ann\u00e9e, tandis que le pourcentage d&rsquo;entreprises qui ont des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 retenir leur personnel est pass\u00e9 de 20% \u00e0 88% sur la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode.<\/p>\n<p>Les comp\u00e9tences informatiques et techniques sont particuli\u00e8rement recherch\u00e9es. 79% des entreprises ont des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 pourvoir les postes informatiques, et 74% \u00e0 conserver leur personnel informatique. Pour les postes d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nieurs, 56% ont des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 recruter et 49% \u00e0 retenir le personnel.<\/p>\n<p>Pour attirer les nouveaux employ\u00e9s, 67% des employeurs offrent plus de flexibilit\u00e9, 60% mettent l&rsquo;accent sur la diversit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;inclusion, et 42% proposent des incitations financi\u00e8res telles que des primes de d\u00e9marrage.<\/p>\n<p>Les organisations tentent \u00e9galement de retenir le personnel en mettant l&rsquo;accent sur la diversit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;inclusion (57%), en offrant davantage de possibilit\u00e9s de travailler \u00e0 domicile (48%) et en ajustant les structures salariales telles que le salaire de base et les primes (37%).<\/p>\n<p>Edwin Nys ajoute : \u00ab\u00a0<em>L&rsquo;\u00e9troitesse du march\u00e9 du travail, en particulier pour les employ\u00e9s poss\u00e9dant des comp\u00e9tences tr\u00e8s demand\u00e9es, signifie que les organisations doivent faire preuve de beaucoup plus de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 pour attirer et retenir le personnel. Il y a beaucoup de concurrence pour les talents rares, tels que les talents num\u00e9riques ou informatiques. Il ne s&rsquo;agit pas seulement de salaire, mais aussi d&rsquo;offrir des possibilit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement et de progression. Une strat\u00e9gie bien pens\u00e9e pour le d\u00e9veloppement des carri\u00e8res et des talents est essentielle pour recruter les bonnes personnes.
