Apr\u00e8s 30 mois de pand\u00e9mie, un conflit international qui plombe notre pouvoir d\u2019achat et le r\u00e9chauffement climatique qui nous fait savoir que ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas une plaisanterie, les \u00e9conomistes nous promettent une rentr\u00e9e sociale plut\u00f4t \u2018caliente\u2019\u2026 Il ne fait aucun doute que les RH seront au coeur de ce futur proche qui va une nouvelle fois bousculer les \u00e9quilibres individuels et collectifs. La mission cl\u00e9 dont ils seront investis: maintenir la confiance des collaborateurs envers leurs entreprises et les convaincre que leur implication quotidienne est bel et bien utile!<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Nous avons besoin de raisons d\u2019y croire. Pour certain.e.s d\u2019entre nous, besoin m\u00eame d\u2019une raison de se lever le matin et de se plonger dans le travail. Lorsque le contexte est aussi \u2018difficile\u2019 que celui que nous d\u00e9crivons aujourd\u2019hui, il devient n\u00e9cessaire de transmettre du sens mais aussi voire surtout de l\u2019\u00e9nergie \u00e0 nos coll\u00e8gues. D\u00e9velopper une argumentation \u00e0 la fois simple et inspirante fait partie des comp\u00e9tences essentielles d\u2019un People Manager, quel que soit son niveau de responsabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Question donc : quels sont les leviers qui peuvent \u00eatre activ\u00e9s aujourd\u2019hui afin de partager ces fameuses raisons d\u2019y croire? Voici trois propositions, comme vous en aurez pris l\u2019habitude d\u00e9sormais.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>1. L&rsquo;aventure collective.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nRevenons aux fondamentaux. C\u2019est bien de cela dont il s\u2019agit au quotidien: choisir d\u2019\u00eatre un travailleur au sein d\u2019une entreprise, c\u2019est aussi d\u00e9cider de se joindre \u00e0 d\u2019autres personnes et \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser un ou plusieurs projets ensemble. Le terme \u2018aventure\u2019 sonne peut-\u00eatre de fa\u00e7on un peu d\u00e9rangeante mais au fond, il se pourrait qu\u2019il soit bel et bien adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du terrain\u2026 Car les comportements humains sont souvent surprenants voire impr\u00e9visibles. C\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs une des raisons pour lesquelles le People Management et les RH sont des disciplines sacr\u00e9ment int\u00e9ressantes! C\u2019est dans le collectif que se produisent les plus belles r\u00e9ussites\u2026 et les \u00e9checs les plus cuisants.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>2. Une diff\u00e9rence concr\u00e8te pour celles et ceux qui souffrent.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nC\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment lorsque les temps sont durs que l\u2019entreprise peut faire une diff\u00e9rence concr\u00e8te dans la vie des individus qui la composent. Aider les personnes \u00e0 sortir de situations personnelles compliqu\u00e9es reste sans aucun doute une des missions que les employeurs peuvent (doivent) prendre en charge, parce qu\u2019ils sont de plus en plus seuls \u00e0 avoir la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019agir. Le r\u00f4le soci\u00e9tal des entreprises s\u2019inscrit d\u00e9sormais non seulement dans leurs manuels des bonnes pratiques souhaitables, mais aussi dans leurs priorit\u00e9s quotidiennes en vue d\u2019assurer une int\u00e9gration r\u00e9ussie dans leur \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me. Chaque travailleur a de fa\u00e7on l\u00e9gitime besoin de savoir et de sentir qu\u2019elle ou il sera soutenu.e en cas de p\u00e9pin ou pire. Cela va peut-\u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019encontre des th\u00e9oriciens qui pr\u00f4nent l\u2019adaptabilit\u00e9 dans un environnement VUCA. Et alors? L\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 ne g\u00e9n\u00e8re que rarement une dynamique positive (de type mobilisation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale). Dans la plupart des cas, elle provoque davantage des comportements attentistes voire de l\u2019immobilisme. Offrir un cadre rassurant pour les personnes qui oeuvrent au quotidien dans nos organisations fait partie aujourd\u2019hui des principes de base \u00e0 respecter.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>3. La qu\u00eate de la performance, cl\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9panouissement.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nIl y a tellement \u00e0 faire ! Le volume de travail \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de nos organisations est \u00e9norme. Chaque jour, les entreprises et leurs travailleurs souffrent de la difficult\u00e9 d\u2019atteindre des objectifs souvent simples \u00e0 atteindre. Lenteurs, incompr\u00e9hensions, mauvaises volont\u00e9s\u2026 Les explications sont nombreuses et vari\u00e9es. Elles sont par ailleurs subies comme si nous n\u2019y pouvions rien changer. Nous voyons ici un r\u00f4le essentiel \u00e0 jouer, bien s\u00fbr pour chaque dirigeant.e d\u2019entreprise mais aussi pour tout professionnel RH qui se respecte : il faut cultiver le refus du renoncement. Rejeter l\u2019abandon. En clair, et pour ceux qui n\u2019aiment pas les doubles n\u00e9gations: \u00e0 nous de lever les freins et toutes ces foutues proc\u00e9dures absurdes qui emp\u00eachent d\u2019aller droit au but.<\/p>\n<p>Peu importe finalement que les situations clairement inefficaces et le manque de coop\u00e9ration soient la cause ou la cons\u00e9quence du contexte \u00e9conomique difficile que nous rencontrons. Ce qui compte au final, c\u2019est l\u2019\u00e9nergie et l\u2019intelligence que nous mettons au service des autres.
