









{"id":1330,"date":"2013-08-13T13:40:58","date_gmt":"2013-08-13T11:40:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.peoplesphere.be\/wp\/?p=1330"},"modified":"2015-07-28T13:42:48","modified_gmt":"2015-07-28T11:42:48","slug":"whats-in-it-social-media-for-me-hr","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/peoplesphere.be\/fr\/whats-in-it-social-media-for-me-hr\/","title":{"rendered":"What\u2019s in it (social media) for me (HR)?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Je me souviens, il y a quelques longs mois d\u00e9j\u00e0, comment mon ami Jean-Paul Gailly avait r\u00e9agi lorsque j\u2019annon\u00e7ais un tout prochain billet d\u2019humeur qui d\u00e9voilerait enfin la valeur ajout\u00e9e des m\u00e9dia sociaux pour les top executives et plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment encore pour les RH : \u201cEnfin, on va savoir\u2026\u201d nous disait-il, ce qui voulait dire en fait : \u201cViens mon coco, on t\u2019attend de pied ferme\u2026\u201d<!--more--><br \/>\nLe moment est venu et c\u2019est le digital forc\u00e9ment que j\u2019ai choisi pour vous d\u00e9voiler la v\u00e9rit\u00e9, toute la v\u00e9rit\u00e9, rien que la v\u00e9rit\u00e9, sans tourner autour du pot !<br \/>\nL\u2019enjeu, c\u2019est la vitesse.<\/p>\n<p>Employer branding, personal branding, interactivit\u00e9, etc\u2026 ne sont jamais aussi fondamentaux que la vitesse.\u00a0Notre monde bouge vite et un de nos d\u00e9fauts majeurs reste notre faible capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 anticiper (best case scenario) voire \u00e0 r\u00e9agir en temps r\u00e9el. Coinc\u00e9e dans des mod\u00e8les traditionnels et des usages d\u2019un autre temps, la profession RH privil\u00e9gie la temp\u00e9rance ou la r\u00e9flexion \u00e0 la vitesse. Qui a dit cependant que l\u2019un et l\u2019autre n\u2019\u00e9taient pas compatibles ?<\/p>\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr, il y a des effets d\u2019aubaine \u00e9galement dans l\u2019usage des m\u00e9dia sociaux\u2026 Appelons cela des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices collat\u00e9raux. Il y a un mod\u00e8le int\u00e9ressant sur le plan des co\u00fbts (pour le moment\u2026 \u00e7a va pas durer, vous allez voir). Il y a aussi la disparition des fronti\u00e8res et limites g\u00e9ographiques (utile dans un monde global !) mais nous y croyons moins qu\u2019\u00e0 la vitesse.<\/p>\n<p>Le tableau serait incomplet si je ne partageais pas une petite citation. C\u2019est Aldous Huxley qui \u00e9crivait : \u201cSpeed, it seems to me, provides the one genuinely modern pleasure\u201d.
