En outre, certains termes sont aujourd&rsquo;hui remarquablement plus utilis\u00e9s qu&rsquo;avant la pand\u00e9mie du COVID.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Les employeurs d\u00e9crivent dans l&rsquo;offre d&#8217;emploi les qualit\u00e9s que poss\u00e8de le candidat id\u00e9al. Il ne s&rsquo;agit pas seulement de comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cifiques, d&rsquo;une formation ou d&rsquo;une dose d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience, mais elles indiquent \u00e9galement les traits de caract\u00e8re qu&rsquo;il ou elle poss\u00e8de le mieux.<\/p>\n<p>Voici les cinq termes les plus fr\u00e9quemment utilis\u00e9s dans les offres d&#8217;emploi pour d\u00e9crire l&rsquo;\u00e9tat d&rsquo;esprit recherch\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>D\u00e9fi<\/li>\n<li>Esprit d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe<\/li>\n<li>Orient\u00e9 vers le client<\/li>\n<li>Autonome<\/li>\n<li>Proactif<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Un texte d&rsquo;offre d&#8217;emploi doit trouver le juste \u00e9quilibre entre la bri\u00e8vet\u00e9 et la puissance d&rsquo;une part, et suffisamment de d\u00e9tails pour stimuler le candidat d&rsquo;autre part. Pourtant, nous voyons encore beaucoup de phrases creuses, qui signifient tout et rien \u00e0 la fois. Ou qui s&rsquo;appliquent de mani\u00e8re si g\u00e9n\u00e9rale qu&rsquo;ils n&rsquo;apportent qu&rsquo;une valeur ajout\u00e9e limit\u00e9e. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;occasion de vous distinguer en tant qu&#8217;employeur, mais apr\u00e8s tout, vous n&rsquo;avez qu&rsquo;une seule chance de faire une premi\u00e8re impression. Les employeurs r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissent donc soigneusement \u00e0 chaque mot qui d\u00e9clenche l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat des candidats pour leurs offres d&#8217;emploi\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Kelly Oude Veldhuis d&rsquo;Indeed.<\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;autres \u00ab\u00a0termes conteneurs\u00a0\u00bb fr\u00e9quemment utilis\u00e9s dans les offres d&#8217;emploi sont \u00ab\u00a0inspir\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0passionn\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0pragmatique\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0original\u00a0\u00bb. Il est remarquable qu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;heure du travail \u00e0 domicile et des nouvelles r\u00e9glementations sur l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e et sur l&rsquo;accessibilit\u00e9 en dehors des heures de bureau, la description de la \u00ab\u00a0mentalit\u00e9 du non 9 \u00e0 5\u00a0\u00bb ait pratiquement disparu.<\/p>\n<p>Il est int\u00e9ressant de voir quels termes, par rapport \u00e0 juin 2019 &#8211; plus de six mois avant que le corona ne torpille le march\u00e9 du travail &#8211; sont d\u00e9sormais plus ou moins courants.
