Bien s\u00fbr, le l\u00e9gislateur bouscule une fois de plus les pratiques install\u00e9es dans nos organisations en mati\u00e8re de planification du travail et de suivi administratif. On ne le remercie pas. Mais au-del\u00e0, il introduit une couche de complexit\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire dans la mani\u00e8re de coordonner les \u00e9quipes, de r\u00e9partir la charge de travail et de stimuler une collaboration efficace. Soit. Malgr\u00e9 tout, le mot d\u2019ordre pour les teams RH et le management pourrait \u00eatre celui-ci: on reste cool ! Et on vous explique pourquoi.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pas de quoi s\u2019inqui\u00e9ter en effet. Et nous avons retenu trois raisons principales pour lesquelles les mesures gouvernementales ont \u00e0 nouveau un temps de retard sur la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du terrain. Entrons dans le vif du sujet.<\/p>\n<p>Pour commencer, la modification des journ\u00e9es de travail \u00e0 hauteur de 10 heures par jour environ repr\u00e9sente le quotidien d\u2019un grand nombre de travailleurs d\u00e9j\u00e0. Que ceux-ci comptabilisent ou pas les heures suppl\u00e9mentaires rest\u00e9es par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019horaire de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence ne change pas grand chose. La journ\u00e9e de 8 heures ne correspond plus trop \u00e0 la pratique concr\u00e8te. Les plages de travail se sont \u00e9largies pour que nos entreprises soient en capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9pondre au niveau d\u2019exigence des clients en mati\u00e8re de pr\u00e9sent\u00e9\u00efsme. La dictature du client est telle que nous avons model\u00e9 nos organisations &#8211; parfois en augmentant les effectifs (rarement), souvent en impl\u00e9mentant des horaires variables qui de facto allongent les journ\u00e9es de travail &#8211; pour r\u00e9pondre sans interruption aux caprices de nos clients ador\u00e9s.<br \/>\nLe d\u00e9fi de la semaine des 4 jours est pour cette raison d\u00e9j\u00e0 bel et bien anticip\u00e9, m\u00eame si le travail \u00e0 distance requiert sur le plan manag\u00e9riales des efforts suppl\u00e9mentaires sur le plan de la coordination. Pas insurmontable.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, nous devons nous r\u00e9jouir de la vitesse et le talent avec lequel nos coll\u00e8gues se sont adapt\u00e9s aux conditions impos\u00e9es par la pand\u00e9mie dont certaines sont install\u00e9es durablement dans une logique de confusion croissante entre les sph\u00e8res priv\u00e9e et professionnelle. Cependant, nous sommes rattrap\u00e9s par un constat douloureux. La gestion de la sph\u00e8re priv\u00e9e est de plus en plus complexe et de plus en plus co\u00fbteuse. Il est logique que les travailleurs compensent cette double \u00e9quation par le \u2019seul\u2019 outil dont ils disposent pour tenir le cap: le temps! Pour limiter les co\u00fbts de la vie domestique (saloperie d\u2019inflation) et en g\u00e9rer les difficult\u00e9s quotidiennes, nos collaborateurs ont besoin du temps, au moins autant qu\u2019ils ont besoin de cash. Nos entreprises doivent-elles en tenir compte? Evidemment. Et elles n\u2019ont certainement pas attendu le Labour Deal pour y penser.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, et m\u00eame si nous pouvions d\u00e9duire de ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de que la semaine des 4 jours n\u2019est qu\u2019une autre r\u00e9glementation inodore, incolore et insipide pour nos entreprises, le principal d\u00e9fi collectif auquel nous devons faire face, \u00e7\u00e0d celui de l\u2019intelligence collective et de la collaboration efficace entre des egos comp\u00e9tents et surmotiv\u00e9s, est \u00e0 l\u2019agenda depuis plus de deux longues ann\u00e9es \u00e0 minima. Covid oblige. Nos entreprises n\u2019ont pas attendu que le Parlement parlemente pour entamer la qu\u00eate de l\u2019efficience organisationnelle. Le process est loin d\u2019\u00eatre abouti, c\u2019est certain. Et m\u00eame si administrativement, nous serons \u00e0 nouveau emp\u00eatr\u00e9s dans les modifications de syst\u00e8me et de comptabilisation des heures prest\u00e9es.
