C\u2019est sans aucun doute la sant\u00e9 mentale qui est solidement install\u00e9e en t\u00eate du peloton des priorit\u00e9s. Sous le triple effet de la fatigue post-covid, du stress g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par une inflation incontr\u00f4l\u00e9e et d\u2019une charge de travail qui s\u2019adapte au retour de la croissance, de tr\u00e8s nombreux travailleurs pr\u00e9sentent des signes inqui\u00e9tants quant \u00e0 leur \u00e9quilibre mental et physique. Une situation logique (dans le sens o\u00f9 tout ceci \u00e9tait plut\u00f4t pr\u00e9visible) et parfaitement acceptable. Une situation dangereuse aussi. Essayons de comprendre pourquoi, en trois temps comme souvent.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>1. Les \u00e9vidences du malaise.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nLa d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration du bien-\u00eatre mental des troupes est une r\u00e9alit\u00e9&#8230; Nous devrions pouvoir nous entendre sur ceci. A l\u2019origine de ce \u2018ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne\u2019, la<br \/>\ndur\u00e9e d\u2019une crise qui se caract\u00e9rise par un encha\u00eenement terrible de \u2018probl\u00e9matiques\u2019 qui se succ\u00e8dent voire qui s\u2019accumulent. Confinement, travail \u00e0 la maison, isolement, efficience, charge de la sph\u00e8re priv\u00e9e, co\u00fbts de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, pr\u00e9carit\u00e9\u2026. La liste peut d\u00e9j\u00e0 nous sembler interminable et elle n\u2019est certainement ni exhaustive ni termin\u00e9e. D\u2019o\u00f9 cette sensation d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able d\u2019\u00eatre engag\u00e9 dans un cercle vicieux apparemment sans fin\u2026 L&rsquo;impact sur la sant\u00e9 mentale provient d\u2019une part de l\u2019absence de parenth\u00e8se\u2026 et d\u2019autre part, du questionnement autour de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 \/ pertinence de s\u2019impliquer davantage pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande et de voir les r\u00e9sultats de notre travail an\u00e9antis par la prochaine catastrophe\u2026 D\u00e9moralisant. Usant. D\u00e9sesp\u00e9rant m\u00eame pour certain.e.s d\u2019entre nous.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>2. Avoir un impact concret et positif<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nEntre-temps, nos entreprises, et leurs d\u00e9partements RH, ne sont pas des experts en sant\u00e9 mentale. Est-ce qu\u2019il leur appartient de se \u2018m\u00ealer\u2019 des questions souvent compliqu\u00e9es qui touchent \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quilibre personnel, psychologique voire affectif de leurs travailleurs? La mani\u00e8re dont les vies priv\u00e9e et professionnelle sont imbriqu\u00e9es aujourd\u2019hui plaide pour que l\u2019entreprise se pr\u00e9occupe de la question. Celle-ci est peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame d\u2019ordre moral\u2026 Elle concerne notre responsabilit\u00e9 collective. En tant que \u2018soci\u00e9t\u00e9\u2019 (au sens de \u2018groupe d\u2019individus), pouvons-nous nous permettre de voir et laisser tomber celles et ceux qui nous entourent? La r\u00e9ponse est non. En tant que soci\u00e9t\u00e9, avons-nous le droit de nous impliquer dans la vie quotidienne de ces m\u00eames personnes? La r\u00e9ponse est non. Mais, en tant que soci\u00e9t\u00e9, nous avons certainement le devoir de pr\u00e9venir et d\u2019\u00e9viter les drames personnels et de g\u00e9rer l\u2019impact que le travail peut avoir sur l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de chacun. Chaque diff\u00e9rence positive et concr\u00e8te, aussi minime soit-elle, dans la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 concr\u00e8te de nos collaborateurs vaut la peine d\u2019y consacrer notre attention et nos efforts.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>3. Vers une nouvelle dictature du bien-\u00eatre ?<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nAttention cependant car il est bon de rappeler que nous sommes d\u00e9j\u00e0 pass\u00e9s par l\u00e0 il n\u2019y a pas si longtemps que cela\u2026 Au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 2010, la vague du bonheur au travail, dans laquelle nous nous sommes engag\u00e9s avec enthousiasme, a \u00e9t\u00e9 rapidement bris\u00e9e par ses propres contradictions ou paradoxes. Les opposants ont point\u00e9 sans m\u00e9nagement le c\u00f4t\u00e9 dictatorial de cette injonction au bonheur, \u00e0 priori incompatible avec la libert\u00e9 de choix et le sens critique de chacun.e.<br \/>\nEn pla\u00e7ant aujourd\u2019hui la sant\u00e9 mentale -un domaine forc\u00e9ment pr\u00e9sent dans les sph\u00e8res priv\u00e9e et professionnelle &#8211; au top des priorit\u00e9s RH de l\u2019entreprise, nous prenons sans doute le risque d\u2019imposer un mod\u00e8le de bien-\u00eatre l\u00e0 o\u00f9 chaque collaborateur devrait pouvoir d\u00e9terminer comment il souhaite aborder la question. Le danger est r\u00e9el: la libert\u00e9 de penser et d\u2019organiser notre travail n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi grande et elle comporte des risques de d\u00e9rive super importants.<br \/>\nLes dirigeants et responsables RH peuvent-ils d\u00e8s lors \u2018imposer\u2019 que nous prenions soin de nous-m\u00eames et que nous veillions les un.e.s sur les autres? Notre r\u00e9ponse est oui. Cela va bien au-del\u00e0 du principe de pr\u00e9caution. Ce qui est en jeu aujourd\u2019hui, c\u2019est la survie d\u2019un mode de vie o\u00f9 le travail repr\u00e9sente un point d\u2019\u00e9quilibre important et nous permet d\u2019assurer le fonctionnement d\u2019une \u00e9conomie sans laquelle la solidarit\u00e9 en faveur de celles et ceux qui souffrent ne peut s\u2019exercer.
