Actuellement, un tiers des PME wallonnes envisagent de refuser du travail.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Seule une PME wallonne sur quatre comptant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 250 employ\u00e9s re\u00e7oit un afflux suffisant de candidats qualifi\u00e9s. L&rsquo;industrie et la construction sont les secteurs faisant face au moins d&rsquo;afflux. En Wallonie, 44% des PME souhaitent recruter et former des personnes moins exp\u00e9riment\u00e9es ; une sur trois envisage par ailleurs de travailler avec des freelances. Pour un tiers d\u2019entre elles, la situation est si difficile qu\u2019elles consid\u00e8rent \u00e9galement de refuser du travail. La situation est meilleure \u00e0 Bruxelles, o\u00f9 une PME sur trois (32,7%) b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d&rsquo;un apport suffisant. Ces informations sont bas\u00e9es sur une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e en juin 2022 aupr\u00e8s de 612 chefs d&rsquo;entreprise et responsables du personnel de PME sur leurs projets d&#8217;emploi pour le troisi\u00e8me trimestre.<\/p>\n<p><em>Former les personnes moins exp\u00e9riment\u00e9es<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Vassilios Skarlidis, Manager R\u00e9gional PME chez SD Worx, r\u00e9sume les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019\u00e9tude: \u00ab\u00a0<em>Nous observons que la plupart des PME revoient leurs exigences \u00e0 la baisse. Une majorit\u00e9 d\u2019entre elles souhaite notamment assurer une formation compl\u00e9mentaire pour les nouveaux talents, en addition du recours aux travailleurs int\u00e9rimaires. En Wallonie, recourir \u00e0 des sous-traitants est \u00e9galement une solution consid\u00e9r\u00e9e. N\u00e9anmoins, un quart d&rsquo;entre eux refusent \u00e9galement de travailler en Wallonie, ce qui est moins le cas \u00e0 Bruxelles (seulement 16,8%). L\u2019\u00e9tude d\u00e9montre ainsi que l&rsquo;accent est mis sur diff\u00e9rents aspects selon les r\u00e9gions et les secteurs. \u00c0 Bruxelles, une PME sur trois envisagera d\u2019augmenter la productivit\u00e9 ; tandis que seule une PME sur quatre y pensera en Wallonie. Le recours \u00e0 des personnes de l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger (21,1%) ou \u00e0 des personnes ext\u00e9rieures \u00e0 la province (17,2%) est plus \u00e9vident \u00e0 Bruxelles. En Wallonie cependant, moins de 10% envisagent ces solutions (respectivement 8,6% et 8,4%). La mobilit\u00e9 interne et la formation des personnes (5,8%) n&rsquo;est pas non plus le premier recours des PME wallonnes.\u00a0\u00bb<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le consultant PME poursuit : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les PME ne sont pas en reste et ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s diverses solutions simultan\u00e9ment. Il y a donc encore des opportunit\u00e9s dans les pistes non utilis\u00e9es. En outre, certains de vos collaborateurs actuels doivent tr\u00e8s certainement \u00eatre int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par une reconversion. Nous observons d\u2019ailleurs qu\u2019investir dans diff\u00e9rentes possibilit\u00e9s d&rsquo;\u00e9volution au sein de l&rsquo;entreprise est intensif mais payant \u00e0 100% : \u00e0 long terme, cela permet de fid\u00e9liser le personnel.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source : SD Worx juin 22 &#8211; Dans le cadre des pr\u00e9visions trimestrielles de l&#8217;emploi de SD Worx, un nombre repr\u00e9sentatif de PME en Belgique ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9es pour la 49\u00e8me fois sur leurs attentes en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;emploi. Entre le 24 mai et le 19 juin 2022, 612 entreprises de 1 \u00e0 250 employ\u00e9s ont particip\u00e9. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une enqu\u00eate en ligne aupr\u00e8s des PME en Belgique bas\u00e9e sur un \u00e9chantillon repr\u00e9sentatif, le bureau d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes CityD-WES s&rsquo;adressant aux r\u00e9pondants par e-mail. L&rsquo;\u00e9tude est r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e chaque trimestre. La pond\u00e9ration se fait en fonction de la r\u00e9gion et de la taille de l&rsquo;organisation en fonction de la population des PME. Les r\u00e9sultats sont repr\u00e9sentatifs de l&rsquo;ensemble des PME en Belgique. La pond\u00e9ration est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement bien inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 2, sauf pour les PME wallonnes de moins de 5 employ\u00e9s.
