Ils adressent la question de la charge de travail per\u00e7ue qui semble en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral avoir augment\u00e9 dans le monde entier \u00e0 la suite de la pand\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n<p>Le rapport identifie \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard trois axes prioritaires afin d\u2019aider les organisations \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l\u2019engagement de leurs collaborateurs : l&rsquo;adaptation aux nouveaux mod\u00e8les de travail, la r\u00e9tention des talents via l&rsquo;analyse du sentiment des collaborateurs envers leur entreprise et la r\u00e9duction du risque d&rsquo;\u00e9puisement professionnel gr\u00e2ce aux conversations continues propos\u00e9es par le management.<\/p>\n<p>En 2021, et parmi les 17 industries analys\u00e9es, les secteurs du logiciel et service et de la technologie figurent en premi\u00e8re et deuxi\u00e8me position, soit en t\u00eate du classement des industries o\u00f9 l\u2019engagement des collaborateurs est le plus fort. D\u2019autres secteurs tirent \u00e9galement leur \u00e9pingle du jeu : c\u2019est notamment le cas des services commerciaux, professionnels et financiers. Ces derniers sont m\u00eame remont\u00e9s dans le classement par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, maintenant les scores d&rsquo;engagement global de leurs collaborateurs \u00e0 un moment o\u00f9 de nombreux autres secteurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9rablement affect\u00e9s par la pand\u00e9mie. Les secteurs ayant connu une baisse de l&rsquo;engagement global sont : l\u2019industrie pharmaceutique, la sant\u00e9, les organismes \u00e0 but non lucratif et les transports. Il s&rsquo;agit en grande partie de secteurs qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis \u00e0 rude \u00e9preuve par la pand\u00e9mie et dont la nature des m\u00e9tiers ne permet pas de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du travail hybride.<br \/>\nTravail flexible : moteur d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience collaborateur am\u00e9lior\u00e9e<\/p>\n<p>Le score pour l&rsquo;environnement de travail, jusqu\u2019alors moyen dans Workday Peakon Employee Voice, a augment\u00e9 dans tous les secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9 entre le premier et le quatri\u00e8me trimestre de 2021. Cette tendance est tr\u00e8s probablement le r\u00e9sultat de l\u2019adoption des mod\u00e8les de travail flexible introduits au d\u00e9but de la pand\u00e9mie, ainsi que des mesures mises en place pour pr\u00e9server la sant\u00e9 des collaborateurs. Cependant, pour de nombreuses organisations, en particulier celles qui comptent une proportion plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e de travailleurs de premi\u00e8re ligne, le d\u00e9fi est d&rsquo;offrir aux collaborateurs un plus grand degr\u00e9 de flexibilit\u00e9 quant au moment, au lieu et \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont ils effectuent leur travail. A l\u2019heure o\u00f9 les talents red\u00e9finissent leurs priorit\u00e9s, il s&rsquo;agira d&rsquo;un aspect essentiel pour les retenir.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Charge de travail : des effets n\u00e9gatifs qui persistent<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quelle que soit l\u2019industrie en question, le rapport r\u00e9v\u00e8le une baisse des scores concernant la charge de travail. En effet, depuis la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, les collaborateurs voient leurs journ\u00e9es de travail se rallonger, et beaucoup d&rsquo;entre eux ont du mal \u00e0 concilier leurs obligations personnelles et professionnelles.<\/p>\n<p>Certains secteurs dont la sant\u00e9, l&rsquo;enseignement sup\u00e9rieur et les organisations \u00e0 but non lucratif, doivent imp\u00e9rativement trouver un \u00e9quilibre entre les diff\u00e9rents crit\u00e8res d\u2019engagement des talents. En effet, les collaborateurs de ces industries se classent en haut du classement lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de trouver un sens au travail, tout en se classant en bas pour d&rsquo;autres facteurs d&rsquo;engagement tels que la charge et l&rsquo;environnement de travail.<\/p>\n<p>De nombreuses organisations devront s&rsquo;attacher \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les niveaux d&rsquo;\u00e9puisement professionnel, tout en cr\u00e9ant les conditions n\u00e9cessaires pour ne pas alt\u00e9rer la performance des salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source : la base de donn\u00e9es de Workday Peakon Employee Voice comprend pr\u00e8s de 225 millions de r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 des enqu\u00eates aupr\u00e8s des employ\u00e9s et plus de 41 millions de commentaires d&#8217;employ\u00e9s provenant de 160 pays.
